Modern Hotel Design with flexible cost effective construction- adaptable for most any setting.
We designed this 60 room boutique hotel in Bali to situate on a gently sloping bluff- high above the sandy beach, jagged rocks and Indian Ocean.
Curvilinear room and balcony layouts result from the extruded undulating facade that peeks out from under the cantilevered sunshaders integrated with low maintenance plantscape creating a framed leafy green view port out towards the vast expanse of fantastically blue sea.
Tucked into the steeply sloping site are 25 private cottage homes, each with private integrated sun deck and small pool arranged along private meandering pathways set amongst the trees.

I designed this hotel for a lovely site in Bali, but it could fit in many locations. It's design allows for magnificent views from every room, especially the larger suites on the upper floor.
We do have all the plans and 3D virtual model of course, and studies in several versions.

Hi there, thanks for asking. I just searched through my files back to 2013 but couldn't find this model. It's probably on my other hard drives which froze up several years ago when we moved from Dubai back to Arizona. I have a bunch of images of this project you can have, but actually the sketchUp model was the exterior only- just the shell. Early concept discover for possible project. I threw some furniture in on the top floor Grand Suite when the camera peeks in. The building is a simple S curve actually, with a protective interior facing arrival courtyard for visitor entry, and stacked room circulation. The undulating ocean side balconies provided ample views downslope across the private villas out towards the sunset views.
