I was intuitively attracted to pile 2, but pile 1 and 3 both have my zodiacs, and my eyes did draw to them, convincing me there was message in all for me; it is exactly so.
Pile 2: I know exactly what this pile is guiding me for, it is as you say, Reem. I have not made the move yet, I'm still in the preparation phase, but I had plans on contacting 3 people to form a team of 4 (me included) for a project, and this advice makes tons of sense for how I should handle my team. I'm the sort that would carry the weight of the entire team with minimum request from others, so I never really thought about actually asking them what they'd WANT to work on within it; I'd be the boss, and assign everyone else a role, and I did consider their desires for the position, but deep down, I never really thought of this project being equally their passion as it is my own. With this guidance, Reem, I will remember to consider that this may also be their passion project, too, and I'll question them on their mastery they'd like to contribute to the project. Hello! I’ve been watching for a little while to help practice my own Tarot, and for pile two I was so blown away!!
