I know I’m a little late to the party, but I just recently started these full length playthroughs the other day, and I just have to say that your very obvious love and admiration for the franchise is not only extremely entertaining but it also inspired me to pick up Elden Ring again and try to finally finish it. Not only that, but it made me want to start researching the lore for all of the games. I’ve loved your content for years, but I have to say that your Fromsoft content has and always will be my absolute favorites. Thank you for doing these for us.
Honestly Jack has 30 million subscribers, telling 30 million gamers that this is your favorite game of all time might give you a good chance of a cameo in a sequel if it ever happens
30 million subs doesn't mean all 30 of them will watch the video. No one with that many subs gets that many views. Lots of people on YT have hundreds if not thousands of subs that they haven't looked at for years.
I mean, its been around 12 hours since the video was posted and already has 48k veiws (well over 48k since it doesnt show exact numbers). But thats still if the devs for the game will come back together to make a sequel or hand over the rights to the game to new devs

Idk man I thought the same thing till a friend of mine said its a title that stills consoles to this day so if that is the case i guess I understand but still at the same time I would pay full price easy to play an updated version of the same game the way blue point did the demons souls remake it would be wonderful.

I struggled with this game initially because i just could not navigate it whatsoever. I then played alongside your series playthrough, completed the game and fell in love. Not my favourite game but my god it's up there
As a fellow Bloodborne enthusiast, this genuinely is very fun to watch. And I don't usually sit through a long video like this one but this is one of the few and I love every second of it. Much love Sean. We both love this game on the same level.

Love knowing you have the Nighthaunt model! it is definitely a complex model but I recommend doing it in seperate pieces (if you havent already) - Also if your airbrush clogs the paint may be a bit too thick or the nozzle is too small, I also use the airbrush cleaner, one small drop in the paint just helps it flow, but thats just me XD

Remaster: don't change Bloodborne's atmosphere and mood, simply unlock the fps and improve the anti-aliasing, as well as remastering the audio and textures. Remake: overhaul the dungeon system (letting players create custom community dungeons would be super cool), add some QoL features (like instant fast travel and consumable auto refills) and improve some of the stinky boss fights (e.g. Laurence and One Reborn). However, this is not something we're absolutely begging for. We're just begging for a PC port, because modders would likely take care of all this.

I can never get tired of Sean talking about the From Software games. You can just hear the passion and love in his voice, and it's really infectious. Personally, I have bloodborne tattooed on my me, as it's one of my favorite games of all time. So it's nice to hear someone else share that similar passion. PLEASE WE NEED A BLOODBORNE REMAKE

I'd even rate it either my favorite Souls game or 2nd only to Elden Ring since Elden Ring was my first souls game, but honestly I think Bloodbornes the superior game. Especially if it got remastered. I have to say I agree with you on Ludwig’s song. His whole story is so captivating to me, and he became one of my favorite characters in any video game, even though we only see him at his worst. The idea of nobility and honor so horribly twisted by higher powers has always intrigued me. His boss fight music mirrors it so well.
@@CutiePieBio I think they are actually referring to the 15% defense reduction your character receives if they don't have a piece of armor equipped in each slot. Even if a headpiece only has 1 defense, it would still be a major boost in overall defense because it would get rid of that 15% debuff. Sean isn't wearing a hat, so he's taking more damage than he would normally.
@@Bowsersoxdude Armor makes very little difference in terms of physical dmg it’s mostly resistance related. So in a normal game it makes no difference whatsoever, the real difference comes in Cursed/Defiled dungeons where it’s a difference between a OHKO or not. Fire resistance with Watchdog, for example.
@@punkphoenix4881 That would justify warnings for many many things, as there are many phobias. I personally think that being exposed to things that might upset oneself or disturb oneself is not necessarily a bad thing. It can help in building tolerance.

For example, warnings about suicide discussion on a video containing discussion of suicide is fine to do, but I personally think it is more helpful for people disturbed by discussion of that topic to instead adapt to it and grow more resilient to their own distress rather than avoid the distressing topic entirely.

I watched your last play through & bought the game last year. Never played a soulsborne or soulslike before, so I instantly put it down because I couldn't get over the learning curve. Picked it up this week & wanted to watch your play through. Took me till 3:19 to realize this was an all new run when you mentioned Dune 2! Crazy coincidence.
Looking forward to your next Bloodborne play through. I like the idea of it being a yearly thing but also I'd like another playthrough now! Maybe you could play with someone who's never even seen the game before, or atleast never played. Maybe mix in Vaati too for some fun lore fun facts and stuff like that
(Commented on the original upload) So the thing about the Kirkhammer in hammer mode is that it requires you to hit a "sweet spot" (basically the center of the enemy's model) in order to do proper damage, so spacing is everything with it. if you miss you'll do very little damage despite its excellent scaling and AR, it requires a ton of practice to use effectively and imo it's not really worth the time investment to learn unless you specifically want to use it.
So the same deal as Scythes? That's both kinda cool and also not cool. Cool because it adds a skill level to play, not cool because shouldn't every weapon work the same way? And it's a bit of a nerf therefore.

Me too. His first bloodborne play through is why I bought Elden ring and proceeded to play all the other souls games. Also read berserk cus of him as well (not done w it yet tho I’m in the middle of vol 5). Such an amazing and unique genre of high fantasy that he has showcased for us.
Same, it’s one of my favorite games of all time tied behind Starfox 64 and the Witcher 3. And I literally wouldn’t have known anything about it if it weren’t for Jack.

I know I’m a little late to the party, but I just recently started these full length playthroughs the other day, and I just have to say that your very obvious love and admiration for the franchise is not only extremely entertaining but it also inspired me to pick up Elden Ring again and try to finally finish it. Not only that, but it made me want to start researching the lore for all of the games. I’ve loved your content for years, but I have to say that your Fromsoft content has and always will be my absolute favorites. Thank you for doing these for us.

Love knowing you have the Nighthaunt model! it is definitely a complex model but I recommend doing it in seperate pieces (if you havent already) - Also if your airbrush clogs the paint may be a bit too thick or the nozzle is too small, I also use the airbrush cleaner, one small drop in the paint just helps it flow, but thats just me XD

Remaster: don't change Bloodborne's atmosphere and mood, simply unlock the fps and improve the anti-aliasing, as well as remastering the audio and textures.
Remake: overhaul the dungeon system (letting players create custom community dungeons would be super cool), add some QoL features (like instant fast travel and consumable auto refills) and improve some of the stinky boss fights (e.g. Laurence and One Reborn).
However, this is not something we're absolutely begging for. We're just begging for a PC port, because modders would likely take care of all this.

I can never get tired of Sean talking about the From Software games. You can just hear the passion and love in his voice, and it's really infectious. Thank you for playing this on your channel both of the times you have Sean because I found Bloodborne through you, and now it's one of my all time favorite games. I'd even rate it either my favorite Souls game or 2nd only to Elden Ring since Elden Ring was my first souls game, but honestly I think Bloodbornes the superior game. Especially if it got remastered.
Honestly I need Bloodborne Remastered so damn bad. This game deserves a Remaster as well as a port to PC even though I'm not a PC player, but it deserves it for player diversity sakes.
I've really enjoyed watching your full SoulsBorne playthroughs ever since you decided to do them as I've really struggled recently in life with both my physical and mental health, and having these playthroughs during my lowest points has really helped me by giving me something to look forward to.

I have to say I agree with you on Ludwig’s song. His whole story is so captivating to me, and he became one of my favorite characters in any video game, even though we only see him at his worst. The idea of nobility and honor so horribly twisted by higher powers has always intrigued me. His boss fight music mirrors it so well.

Armor doesn’t matter much in Bloodborne isn’t mostly fashion, unless it’s a very rare situation where you need more poison or frenzy resistance
@@CutiePieBio I think they are actually referring to the 15% defense reduction your character receives if they don't have a piece of armor equipped in each slot. Even if a headpiece only has 1 defense, it would still be a major boost in overall defense because it would get rid of that 15% debuff. Sean isn't wearing a hat, so he's taking more damage than he would normally.
@@Bowsersoxdude Armor makes very little difference in terms of physical dmg it’s mostly resistance related. So in a normal game it makes no difference whatsoever, the real difference comes in Cursed/Defiled dungeons where it’s a difference between a OHKO or not. Fire resistance with Watchdog, for example.

I watched your last play through & bought the game last year. Never played a soulsborne or soulslike before, so I instantly put it down because I couldn't get over the learning curve. Picked it up this week & wanted to watch your play through. Took me till 3:19 to realize this was an all new run when you mentioned Dune 2! Crazy coincidence.
Looking forward to your next Bloodborne play through. I like the idea of it being a yearly thing but also I'd like another playthrough now! Maybe you could play with someone who's never even seen the game before, or atleast never played. Maybe mix in Vaati too for some fun lore fun facts and stuff like that
(Commented on the original upload) So the thing about the Kirkhammer in hammer mode is that it requires you to hit a "sweet spot" (basically the center of the enemy's model) in order to do proper damage, so spacing is everything with it. if you miss you'll do very little damage despite its excellent scaling and AR, it requires a ton of practice to use effectively and imo it's not really worth the time investment to learn unless you specifically want to use it.
And the sword exists so the hammer feels very circumstantial

Me too. His first bloodborne play through is why I bought Elden ring and proceeded to play all the other souls games. Also read berserk cus of him as well (not done w it yet tho I’m in the middle of vol 5). Such an amazing and unique genre of high fantasy that he has showcased for us.

he said he got an email from YT saying the iniial version of the BB video he posted yesterday couldn't be monitized because of its extreme profanity. it also made it so that some people in some parts of the world couldn't even watch the video.

I liked how the editor would subtly show us the insight count when Jack would die and wonder why it seemed like he took more damage.
