Mark Few has kept the Gonzaga Bulldogs to a tight 8-man rotation for most of the past 25 years, even at times limiting it to just seven players. Will he be able to do that this year with such a deep and talented roster, or will his rotation change on a game-by-game basis?

Teams with deep benches win Natties. Teams without a deep bench are much less likely to win Natties. Also, coaches that refuse to give players playtime are losing players. Few sees which way the wind is blowing and will adapt. I still maintain that the biggest reason Few has had such a tight rotation so far is because he hasn't had enough players ready to play at the level needed in March. If you don't have enough players performing at the needed level you can't expand your rotation of players for key games.
The times we made it to the NC game were exceptions to that. Which should also be the case this year. And hopefully going forward, in which case it will quit being the exception and start becoming the rule.
