It really bothers me when people say they have no money but have their nails done, wigs, lashes, make up, etc. I've actually been poor and to this day remember the pain of real physical hunger. The fact that she has kids and said she won't get a 'regular' job to feed them is insane to me. I would eat shit to put food on the table for my kids.

This girl has shown from the beginning that she’s dishonest and has no problem dragging others through the mud if it benefits her. She wants people to donate money so ofc she’s going to play the victim. If someone’s asking you to give them money you have to be skeptical of everything they say, because there’s always a chance they’re trying to emotionally manipulate you into donating.

In any other case it would be a smart move if the goal was to make a quick buck to profit off of sauce-based-clout, but she's too big of an issue and they underestimated how much. A great example of “No good deed goes un-punished”. It sounds like Dave’s Gourmet did everything they could and this lady is just upset that they said no to her a few times.

Dave’s said they paid her $120K over 12 transactions. That’s $10K a month. I don’t know about Florida, but some nice two to three bedroom apartments where I live are around $1,200. She had more than enough money to get an apartment regardless of where she lives. She had more than enough money for _everything._ She coulda had a nice apartment, her kids would have nice clothes for school, she wouldn’t have to ask her mom for grocery money, she could be paying off a car if she needs one. Everything she’s complaining about is her fault for being irresponsible with her money

I make 830€/month, I don't live alone since I can't afford it but I still manage to make it every month. She probably thought money would fall from the sky or something...it's crazy how she spent that much money without investing in anything or trying to at least save money. 10k a month? I've never had that much money in my bank account.

She went from dipping her chicken in Pepto to landing a deal with a company who likely had to make their own pink sauce recipe from scratch. She then tried to get hood with that company even after they were generous and tried to help her, even giving her friendly advice alongside the cash advances? Wild. I bet she gets arrested for tax evasion and fraud, and if the FDA decides to pursue her for her sales prior to Dave’s stepping in, she’ll have a hefty fine on top of some jail time.

Sounds to me like Chef P got caught up in the "influencer" lifestyle. Air B&Bs, hotels, 10k birthday parties, no wonder she blew through the 120k that Daves sent her. She seems to have believed that her flash in the pan viral product was going to last forever, when virality is something you strike while the iron is hot, you make your money then you get out of there. You dont just kick back and throw parties for yourself and go on shopping sprees

Even without a lawyer, DG has been more then generous.. she had an extra 30 grand to spend, instead of repaying her past customers.. she thought she was going to be a millionaire from a sauce she only has to promote on social media..
From this and other videos, it seems like she did AND DG was nice enough to reimburse that lawyer for helping her review the contract. They did a lot for her with the advance payments and everything when she complained she didn't have enough money...she's literally biting the hand that fed her over the last year because she's greedy and spent all the money.

If she's suffering from the constant threat of homelessness, it sounds like someone needs to call CPS on her. Children don't deserve to live in an unstable home environment just because their parent is illiterate and financially irresponsible. If she can't even act like an adult, imagine how much her children suffer from this. Is she not buying them clothes, toys, or good food? Her extravagant spending reminds me of abusive parents who only spend on themselves and give their children only scraps for dinner.

i'd say it worked out in Dave's favor. people now see that they were more than generous to her and r now hearing of them, like me, i didnt know about Dave's Gourmet until after this all happened. now people will buy more Dave's Gourmet sauces
