First off, as a resident of Patna I apologize for the heckling you had to face but I am in awe of how u changed him in just a few mins
Secondly, since I have been brought up in Gaya 100km from Patna(birthplace of Buddhism and city of Pinddaan) the sweet you had with Khaaja originated in Gaya and is called Anarsa.. Its deep fried khoa balls unclosed in thin layer of rice flour dough ... Crispy on outside and sweet on inside
