I'm so glad, that this is not another "women's empowerment" fake show, but genuine, interesting conversation of 3+1 women, who are successful in their respective fields.
Instead of just empty words of "oh, we should have more women in sport", real actions and real inspirational examples like these are so much better
THIS! Personally I think that if they didn't even mention the fact that they are women and the fact that according to them they should increase in numbers, it would have been EVEN better!
These three woman know what they are talking about and Red Bull should be happy to have them!
I'm just disappointed that at the beginning they HAD to mention the woman subject. It's like news that mentions a "black or white" person who has done something. Like jeez, by mentioning something that should not be relevant in the first place, you just increase the gap between these groups and indirectly racism and or sexism.
Yup yup. This makes a lot of sense to me. These individuals are just straight up good at what they do. Full stop.
Hell yeah! Let’s leave gender’s outside of this beside praising these 3 women, because I could never do what they’re doing! They’re awesome people and respected in their fields!

Horner is probably the one behind hiring women right after Uni. He is the youngest Team Principal ever, he knows the value of opportunities. I would like to know if there was some initial resistance tho this decision.

The Interviewsters is freaking good, she gets the best out of people in a very relax comfortable situation, I think she is brilliant, very real very intrested, prepared and good questions
"Big Brain" Hannah. Love to hear from the chief race strategist. You look at the pit wall and you see Hannah sitting there in the middle, and you know it's all going to work out.

Don't you love it. These professionals and their colleagues spent years and years on learning their trade áfter having spent time at uni. And the average journalist with 0 % real knowledge will tell you that the strategy of a team was stupid or the technique sucks etc. etc. We all knew it was much more complicated then that, these teams are there for a good reason. 👍
Unless your Ferrari, those they have been recruiting from the local preschool.
Totally agree, always so funny when CZcams content creators regularly make 10 min videos on why the RB 19 is so fast, yet 9 other F1 teams with 100's of engineers cant figure it out.

Inspiring women, each in their own field of expertise, but joined together they are a formidable team. Plus having a great conversation between the four of them. Amazed that, while having a laugh, they just nailed the audio fragments without needing to hear it again
Great interview! Not only the women being interviewed, also Nicola the interviewer. Really having a conversation with call-backs and notable different approaches per interviewee.
Every worker in Red Bull Racing gives the impression of young, intelligent, driven, polite, fun person with discipline and high work ethic. Kudos to human resources and people teams to bring those like-minded people together and build a great culture.

I very much appreciate this vid. Part of it is due to how much more these women can relate to each other but the greater gift is to learn how these women are making a contribution to a sport that I enjoy viewing so much. We see so much testosterone at the race events, with women shown in assistant positions, and this really paints a much more positive picture.

Great show, girls! Really enjoyed it.
F1 itself and netflix should really be pushed by the big teams to show what f1 is all about the balance between creating a car, managing a car and driving a car as a team all having a passion for it to be willing to work on it every race... It is what makes F1 special and different and i hope the new wave of fans from the last few years don't force it into a 'only the driver is different' .... Clearly now its easy to point to redbull as proof but this was also what made schumacher for example such a fit at ferrari at the time the team around him he may have shaped but still a team that had passion and skills even if it looked easy. Great video keep making them and try to shape other media/image to show its a team sport really instead of the online driver bipolar trolling the internet has forced us in i fear for the first time in 30+ years of watching we could loose what f1 in its core is all about.
The amount of talent and skills you need to have to work in motorsports is mind-blowing. Insane stuff behind the scenes 🎉
