AOTA and many OT state associations and organizations will even have templates that you can use to share with your representative so you’ll have the basics and you can add in your own experience & input.
This makes it a no-brainer if you want to be a part of the movement, but don’t know where to start!

Not enough info. They need to increase salary for OTAs for union. So sad how little they pay for all the work OTAs do!
