Majorca contains the island of Ibiza. In his song, Mike Posner says he took a pill in Ibiza to show Avicii he was cool. When he sobered up, he felt 10 years older. Avicii was from Stockholm. The king moves his capital and 10 seconds later the old one starts plotting against him.
I think this could be historically plausible if we make a narrative about the king being seen as illegitemate by some people in Krakow. That is being escalated into mass riots, until king can no longer feel safe in the city, so he moves his capital away. However, this move provokes city riots to escalate further into full blown rebellion with one nobleman stepping out as a true heir, and creating his own republic with his own militia... Of course, de-jure Krakow is still part of Poland, but de-facto it is a breakaway state with local militias and self-governance.
Stuff like (similar to) this actually happened in Eastern European history.

@@hasasincz2216 because usually in situations like these, noblemen are not doing this due to them being schizophrenic or something, but to gain direct access to country's budget and create the most corrupt hellhole ever. Republics like this would be governed by a group of close friends of his, other noblemen, while he would remain as the face of rebellion. So while not having complex power structures as normal republics do, this would be incorrect to be called a proper monarchy either.

But yes, they probably wouldn't have tried to resurrect Satan for profits, but Krakow in this timeline may have seen good part of this deal, essentially less corrupt nobleman, who consolidated power over the nation after first victories, becoming a de facto king and transforming his nation into a proper kingdom
it was a Von Habsburg that first popularised the idea of Mallorcan tourism/conservationism, so maybe as Mallorca get a Von Habsburg on the throne (if possible) or just ally up and royal marry them.
or if you want a more conquest-esque goal, since Mallorca (and the islands it owns in eu4 like Ibiza) are very popular with German, British, and Dutch tourists, why not as Mallorca own land of each of those three cultures?
As Mallorca revoke the Privlegia and form HRE with Habsburgs on the throne?

I enjoy the Releasables series, but I'd still like to see a Formables series. Maybe you could make each "episode" a two parter where the first video is forming the nation and the second is accomplishing a goal as them.
He could have the same goals as in this series, or slightly change them to make it more entertaining
For Majorca you should reclaim Rousillon-Cerdanya and Monpellier from France and Aragon (Fun fact, there is still a Palace of the Kings of Majorca in Perpignan, France). Also the Kingdom of Majorca became very rich by pirating the mediterranean until the Ottomans raided them dry, maybe you can take a little revenge.

As a pole who is from cracow (ok, im from silesia, but i live in cracow) im glad you made this video. The pronounciation is Krakoov (we read "W" as "V" and Ó is the same as u in polish (literally the same sound, we have to learn whether we use U and Ó XD) which we read as oo like in word root)

That's a fair use of console. Doing anything out of the norm is enough to break the AI's "flow" (such as taking Constantinople before the Ottomans) so don't see what choice you had.

As majorca you'll be an Aragon vassal, so allying France will be your best bet once you're free. If you're lucky, Aragon will rival the Ottomans, which would make an easy independence war. On your first war you should grab a province in Sicily if possible and the province south of corsica. You'll be able to get great power status easily if you just beat on castille and aragon using france as a hammer, and if you get a sea tile connected province with Tunis in your first war with aragon you'll be able to juggle AE pretty easily betwen north africa, iberia, and italy.
If I was playing, I'd probably play Poland for a little bit, but to keep the spirit of the challenge fair, I think you made the right call.

As Majorca, I think you can become pirates so you have a high naval power to beat Aragon. Plus, for fun, only take the islands in the Mediterranean and trade cities in Aragon.
As the HRE emperor, you could have taken Poland because it was in the HRE. IIRC, coring distance in the HRE is disabled for the emperor.
It didn't end up mattering, but it's still a positive.

You should have taken Naklo in the independence deal so when you join the HRE you can fight Wolgast and Brandenburg.
