Hey Jasse, I know what you mean. Seeing things like these unboxings gets me excited too and I’m always building off that as to what I’m going to listen to and dig into next. It usually sends me on a kick to listen to my whole collection from one artist. And I love it!

Thanks for great video. Achtung Baby is the first U2 album which I bought back in 1992 or 1993 after I heard 'One' on the radio. I have most of U2 albums even though I'm not a huge fan. This is still my favorite U2 album beyond The Joshua Tree. I like most of the tracks from the first to the end. But I don't like Zooropa that much except a couple of tracks. Anyway, 1991 was such a great year for many rock music fans like me in teenager.
You said it!! 1991 was a phenomenal year in music!! So many great albums across the board in both rock and alternative music. Achtung Baby and Nirvana’s Nevermind really changed the musical landscape in a big way.

Thanks! Yeah can’t believe it’s already 30 years old. I hope they do something to celebrate it this year. I bet if touring was happening they would have played the album in its entirety.

my most favorite of U2's Album, until the end of the world is probably my most favorite of them in the album. love the box set cover and artwork. have you reviewed about U2's compilation the best of 1990-2000 album?

This set reminds me of the AC DC super deluxe backtracks. Great video
AC/DC’s Backtracks was a b-sides collection from their whole career. U2’s Achtung Baby boxset is centered around the album and it’s b-sides and does not span their whole career. But they are both great collections and beautifully packaged!
They both have coffee table style books. Although I still only have the standard edition of backtracks.
OMG! I’ve got so many boxsets with the coffee table style book...haha! At a certain point it’s hard for them to do anything new that hasn’t already been done. But the deluxe edition of Backtracks that is a working amplifier is pretty unique. I’ve never seen it done before.

Right now I’m not reviewing older standard albums releases, only new releases. As far as archival stuff I’m sticking to collectors editions and boxsets.

Great boxset looks expensive
I feel like I paid about $150 but can’t remember. I checked Amazon and it’s still available for $99. So for 10 discs that’s only $10 a pop and with the book and packaging it’s a steal in my opinion.
