This isn’t even the worst one. Another puzzle later asks for the name of two animals. It’s also case sensitive, and the phrasing and punctuation of the answer is very specific. Took me half an hour of guess and check 😂

Honestly, I had the same issue with the case sensitivity. I got the answer fairly quick but because I didn't capitalise the first letter I kept on second guessing myself.
Also, it was genuinely easier for me to just read the fancy cursive letters than try to fill in the blanks in the scuffed transcriptions

I went through every possible combination before I gave up. Never imagined it could be case sensitive. But in hindsight it's not so strange, because the developers are Chinese and letters and glyphs are very different in their language. Making this puzzle case insensitive probably never occurred to them.

It was just odd to me because they weren't capitalized in the paragraphs so I wouldn't think the answers had to be capitalized.
