i made a unplanned visit today at tridada june 22 2024. though i also had some apprehension about rail track , but project and amenities are so grand that from inside you may not realize that there is a railway track. it may appear as an asset instead. after track , there is natural greenery, then project jogging track , then pass way, then apartment starts. but i visited during noon. that time you will not feel noise at all. during night, when everything is silent, then one may feel noise...but i think it is normal
Trees can be planted which absorb some sound naturally in western countries on the busiest hiways, the adjacent communities install walls with sound proof...
It depends on people and their requirements. I personally like train. Similar for kids also. It will be fun. Considering noise and all, I don't think it will be much for floors above 6. Think of other things but only considering track is not good assessment. There are many other advantages, should keep that in mind too. Every project has pros and cons. I don't think its a big con to change mind.
Actually I have similar concern for Tridasa regarding train. You see, When trains move at nights, it is not only just sound that can be a distrubance. If the floor absorbs the sounds through the ground and you feel into your ears through your bed, (You understand what I am saying), it can be real annoying.
Tenders for location survey for the 3rd line have already been issued by South Central Railway From Vikarabad to Secunderabad. Most Probably this will happen in the land of Railways which is adjacent to track. If there is no land GOVT will acquire and give it to Railways.
Electrical trains make lesser noise and pollution over diesel trains. If there is additional line it may or may not have much impact additionally as there is already a track existing and people over a period of time get used to it.
As you said there are no crossing near by so probably no honking by train...Even so you can negate the impact of track by going for higher floors(It is 47 floors)...Never loose good affordable project for trivial reasons.Hafeezpet, Vidyanagar,lingampalli are all well developed today with railway lines

Builder may be confident that there will be no major issues. Thanks to ever increasing land cost in this area. There are several projects elsewhere in similar circumstances. It's the conscious call buyer should take.

Railway track was a big problem for me. So i cancelled my booking in Tridasa and went for Provincia at Narsingi.

Check noise in the night ….
We have checked it and also took the feedback from the Tridasa residents. Comparatively the noise is high in the night due to lesser ambient sounds.
There will be a huge noise , for that reason we are out of Tridasa.
