Tyre much more expensive
Tyre not easily available in any tyre shop
3 cylinder same like Axia, few years later shacking here and there
Ativa more noise than Myvi while cruising at higher speed
Myvi have larger cargo space
Interior larger than Ativa
Cheaper than Ativa
After 10 years have higher resale values
Myvi have DRL
Cheaper headlamps to replace (without sequential turned signal)
how come myvi has larger cargo space?

1. Kerja Kajang to Shah Alam daily x6/week
2. Ahad for sure grocery day around 5km from my house
3. Next 3 month akan kahwin
4. Outstations mungkin 1 month sekali macam tu kerja
Dari list ini mana yang better both eligible utk I but confused lah nak choose mana. Ini 1st car, mungkin next car lepas 15 tahun kot anggaran. Ada yang boleh suggest ..

Good and entertaining review. I'm deciding between Ativa AV and Yaris E variant. Price is not too much different. Which one do you recommend? Mostly use for city drive and go to work only.
Yaris E hands down, overall a superior car compared to Ativa, unless you wan the huge boot space and higher SUV ride, go for Ativa. 👌
if you don't need the height, go for Yaris
i feels driving suv is more secure for me compared to myvi. btw i have myvi and plan to buy a new car in future.
That is also a plus point for Ativa 😉👍

You forgot ativa has Adaptive drive beam which many cars dont have. Where this tech only available in much expensive audi bmw benz. The led lights are so bright and the adb cuts out cars on coming or infront while still staying in high beam and not glaring other cars also cornering led light activated when you corner or reverse then there is also auto headlamp adjustment. The seats of the ativa is more comfortable but in the expanse of interior space. Good video between.

Looks wise not bad. Underpowered a bit. But what is more concerning is that I just read about a shocking news today that Daihatsu admitted they lied and tempered with safety tests. Since all these perodua cars are direct rebatched from Daihatsu, safety of perodua cars are highly doubtful. So just need to be careful. Right now Daihatsu halts all exports of their cars.

It's true that Daihatsu lie, but the thing is, it is said that the product for perodua at least, is said to have been installed since 2014. So like there's long long lonnnnnggg history that we can do crash data site to actually know how bad the safety effect actually is.

I drive new myvi facelift and ativa. For me it is better new myvi
1. Cheaper price than ativa plus got all ativa feature
2. Much better driving experience since ative cant do well in cornering
3. If you say armrest no in myvi? Cmon can add it later laa. And most important for ke is the segment. Hatchback is more hotter than suv fat use more fuel althouh 1.0 but only got 18kmh only
