That was such a great time! Kudos to the camera guys Brian & Miguel for capturing some great moments. We made some awesome memories that weekend. Thank you to Steve Moore and the higher ups at Garrett for letting us test the next best selling machine to hit the markets. I can not wait to get an AT Max to call my own. Garrett nailed it with this machine. Bravo!!

Just received mine and already took it out searching for a spinner ring that was lost at Lake Erie. Unfortunately we came to the conclusion that she had dropped in the parking lot while getting her keys out. Sadly it was spotted and not turned into the police. But I'll keep answering those posts!! Had a great time at the Lake and got to use the AT Pro's each has different coils to make hunting a bit faster. And the Max!! I am in Love with this machine!! I dug down well over a foot to find a piece of copper from a steamship boiler! Not much larger than the palm of my hand!
These are all some of my favorite diggers to watch. Been keeping track on all of them for over a year now. Nice to see how far they have come in a year. So glad to see a lady in the bunch competing too. Good show.

I am a Christian and a Veteran that has been praying that some how I would get the money to buy a Garrett AT Max. I entered a giveaway in my area and won enough money to buy one and all the stuff to do any metal detecting. I won $900.00 and I got to wait 12 weeks for the prize. I researched this detector and I think it will my best chance to find coins and relics for my collection. I really like wat hing you guys and learning the right way to use this metal detector in the field. Thanks
I recently purchased an Ace 300 made by Garret. It's a great detector for a beginner. Ive been watching all the videos by these detectorists. My best find was a 14k gold ring, and a 1936 wheat penny. I am so excited to go hunting now. Thanks y'all.

Loved the video and really liked the still images at the end too. I really like the look of the Max, and as a UK hunter it would be great to see some evidence of how it can pick out the tiny targets like small thin hammereds. Best regards.

@Honda Havoc Disaster ! After 2 trips back to Garrett, another new coil, re-calibration it still would not shut up. Sold it at a loss sadly.

I hope I have as much luck as them, I just ordered the AT Max because I saw The Hoover Boys and Nugget Noggin were having a good run at it. :D I plan to go check my Great Great Grandpa's house foundation. My family has rumors that he buried money up on that hill. We dug half the mountain looking for it, but we never had a metal detector.

have you noticed any difference between the sounds and numbers of clad coins vs silver coins. Haven't found any reviews on that.
