Welcome to Capitol Hill! You got a pretty sweet deal. I'm lucky in that my landlord hasn't raised my rent in 3 years and I had a sweet deal to begin with... my lease is signed until Oct. '23 so I'm locked it for now. If you find a good deal, latch on to it and don't let go!
