Because of this video I’m now purchasing everything I need for meal prepping! …I’m saying this with tears in my eyes thank you sooo much you don’t what you did for me!…. I just came across this video this morning before I went to Sam's. Came home and cooked 15 wings for a 3 day meal prep since Jerrika said I didn't need a 10 piece lemon pepper😂🙄🙄 I turned my back and my teenage son devoured him a 10 piece! He said they were delicious and he never likes any type of pre frozen meats. So its safe to say these will be in heavy rotation!!! Thanks for all that you do Jerrika. I'm unbigging my back frfr this time🙏🏽🙏🏽🙌🏾🙌🏾
Chia seed pudding yogurt 🙌🏽 fiber and omega 3 can’t beat it. I only use nuts as toppings. It has been my staple for the last few weeks and more trips to the restroom 😩

hi! i want to be in a calorie deficit but i dont have any weighing scale to track my calorie intake. how can i be in a calorie deficit without tracking calories?
Smaller portions, downsizing your plate, but for the love of all things meal planning don’t eat bird food, aka such low calories that all you do is think about food the entire day. 😢 Focus on making small changes, and doing those consistently rather than trying to overhaul your diet all at once
Gurrl eat the 🍚 if you don’t want it every day, throw in mixed options, sweet potato, quinoa, stir fry veggies, the list is endless. If you’re worried about the amount, you can use measuring cups, and swap for complex carbs if you’re worried about the TYPES of carbs you’re eating

Lol Jerrika, I too do the same thing with my roasted Perdue Air fry wings. I put on 425, for 40 minutes PERIODT!!!!😂

I like both parts of the chicken, but i heard there is a brand, i don't know which one that sells flats only. But i think they are raw.
