Its not a scam, i got mine yesterday and it was a bit tight, but that was an error on my end i ordered M but was supposed to be L. Just pay with PayPal, some people don’t get their jersey and if that happens, you can only get a refund if you pay with Pay Pal if it doesn’t end up coming.
