ive made these loads of times and I always use normal white plain paper suitable for everyday use ie printer paper. I have tried card and each time it was too thick. I hope this helps a little 😃

She's using liquid glue like Elmer's glue she just uses a paint brush and dips it in glue and sticks it on the paper.

It can be any type of paper you want to use, I recommend using oragami paper or thin regular paper as it's more flexible but it's up to you 😊
