Uncle Roman, as a bass player you would love most Zep songs. Check out The Lemon Song off LZ II for a standout bass line
Ramble On is another Led Zeppelin song with a really awesome bassline.
That was a blast, guys! I had a goofy grin on my face the whole time! Nice...🤘
I'm glad you guys appreciate this song! It's always been one of my favorites. I've never understood why Presence is considered a lesser offering from LZ. It's full of amazing energy and sizzling emotion, and some of Robert Plant's best lyrics. The combination of the fast-paced, upbeat, funky music and Plant's deep, thought-provoking lyrics make this song unexpected and very special!
I think anything they followed up with after Physical Graffiti would have been difficult to live up to that. You’re definitely spoiled for choice with Zeppelin.
@@PeterTea Right. It's good but doesn't quite stand up to PG.
This album is one that I had to grow into liking for some reason But now It's one of my favorites.
That was a pleasure!! Unique sound ….versus what I generally expect from them! 💥
Little know Zeppelin song that is a top 10 song for me all time. i have no idea why this song dosn't get more recognition.
Yeah, I discovered this on my journety to Zephed-ness and felt kinda cool and kinda sad that my fellow Zep fans friends in High School had never heard it! But when I had my boombox with me, they did! AND the neighbors, lol!
Deep cuts like this make Zeppelin the Goat
Well done to play the Zep Deep cuts!
It’s been an honor flying with you!
One of my fav obscure guitar ballads from Jimmy Page and Led Zeppelin is Ten Years Gone.
Keep Rockin !!
What Bonham, JPJ, and Page do to the pocket in this song is insane. You can literally hear them bending time as a unit. maybe their best work as a rhythm section.
You have got to show uncle Roman some of the Zeppelin treats like Kashmir for instant.
Definitely show Roman some more Zeppelin. The Lemon Song, Dazed and Confused and Bring it On Home are a few good places to start. 🔥
Peter...and just a start ...LOL :) Peace & Love
He wont get it. Waste of time. Pseudo intellect.
@@Newfie-zc7ug 😂👍🤘 The more Zeppelin the merrier :)
For real. Bass on "Lemon" is unmatched! "Song Remains the Same" has some sweet, fluid bass moments as well!
I was in a four piece band (bass, drums, two guitars & four voices) that played this.
You two are so fun together. I love to watch your reactions, Sylis! Roman, man, never change!!! Only one Roman!! Great job, guys!! 🎶 👍
Da GOATS...PERIOD!!!!!!!!🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
One of my favorites!
Yeah, Uncle Roman needs to listen to Ramble On and the Lemon Song. The bass is outstanding in those songs. By the way, your 4 year old Mom would be digging this.
""Uncle Roman" needs to listen to a lot more stuff, LOL
@@scottzappa9314 Yeah, he’s got his work cut out for him.
Uncle Roman is a smart man!!! Introduce him to JPJ…The Song Remains The Same…Ramble On…..Bring It On Home….Achilles Last Stand…..Good Times Bad Times…What Is & What Should Never Be…..Heartbreaker….We’re Gonna Groove…..The Lemon Song….How Many More Times….The Immigrant Song……The Wanton Song………that ought to be a good amount of masterpieces for Uncle Roman to jam with Zeppelin’s Swiss Army Knife…their secret sauce….the musical wizard John Paul Jones …..☮️
It's great to see young guys rockin' out to bands like Led Zeppelin. Today's music sucks and it gives me hope that there are still people who don't have "tin ears" and can still discern good music from bad. 🥁🎸
For Roman,.. as mentioned, Lemon Song, Ramble on, and many more for great Bass work by John Paul Jones. A song off the first album that also has Killer bass work is 'How many more times'. That and Lemon Song will prob. blow Roman's mind. Keep it up, Silas, moving on to the next 2 albums "In through the out door", and "Coda".
I always like it when you have your friend on and as a musician, I like his take on things and the things that he notices. And he makes a good point about when there's really nothing to watch you can focus 100% on just listening to the music and that is a huge deal with me. Sometimes I'll go out of my way to find a version of something that has a static or still image and that's it, and then there is nothing to watch and so 100% attention is available for listening and thinking about what you're hearing. Love it. This is a fantastic song. I had totally forgotten this even existed! That is a killer song!
Dude's a negative . One ear headphone use? Interrupts? Stops songs and not his gig? Cant even air guitar!
Doesn't listen on his own on his own time. Nerdy and annoying.
Contributes zero.
@@JoeandAngie That just tells me you've never spent time in a recording studio.
Show your uncle THE LEMON SONG! He will freak!
Great reaction Guys! You should definitely turn Roman and Alivia on to "Nobody's Fault But Mine" and don't forget to show Roman "When The Levee Breaks", one of my favorite Zeppelin tracks! ❤🎧🔥😎
I enjoyed so much the solo reaction, we all felt that distortion intro weird the first time!!
You should listen to the lemon song with your buddy. He will love the base line.
That riff at 2:11 was originally on a song called Walter's Walk which was recorded in 1972 for the Houses of the Holy album but without vocals. It would be released later on the Coda album in 1982 with vocals Robert recorded in 1981.
Best reaction video ever!! 👍👍
Nice reaction gentlemen...your buddy should stick around for "Tea For One"...looking forward to your reaction
Great reaction ... your buddy was cool with the way he got into and was tripping on John Paul Jones bass 👍🏽
That song is a riff enthusiast's dream once again Jimmy Page puts enough riffs into just ONE Song to fill most artists "Greatest hits" album !✌🏽
The Immigrant Song has a cool bass groove.
I always thought this song and Royal Orleans were little hidden gems.
Your mom was 4 and I was 17, imagine that my young Uncle. I'm a drummer so I hear the drums. Just a cool song from every side. Dude if you half one ear on only you're missing pretty close to half the music. Unca Roman should do lots more Zeppelin.
For uncle Roman, try Ramble On, Heartbreaker, Dazed and Confused, What is and What Should Never Be as well as Lemon Song which has already been suggested. There are lots of tasty basslines to savour with Mr John Paul Jones.
Try listening to some Them Crooked Vultures music, there are lots of videos on here, and hear JPJ's bass work with them - incredible!!!
Great choices--I'd add "The Song remains the same" to that "tasty bass" list!
There are so many more, lol, I forgot to mention his Zooma and Thunderthief albums !!
Great song! 9th grade for me. Old fart .
Sophomore in college, got you beat in that department.
@@antarcticorb9197 uh, I'm pretty sure being in 9th grade when it was released vs being a college sophomore makes me older. I'm cornfuzed.
on question, you should always share music with friends ;)
PLEASE do In Through The Out Door next...then live performances!!! 1976...I was 16!
😎👏👏👏👏👏👏👏🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Damn go back to the best song on the album Achilles last stand and play that for your friend that has one of the best awesome baseline playing ever!! Your friend's head will rock off!!
Hi guys!😉
Please react to more NoCap
Show Roman How Many More Times
Doesn't matter what decade you're living in, the 1960s, 70s, 80s, 90s, 00s, 10s or 20s, only wearing ONE Headphone is quite LAME. All these young Reactors have two ears as well. Why do so many of them seemed confused by the concept of STEREO? OH MY GOD, WHATS GOING ON? First the Left Side...and now...the RIGHT side!!?? What kind of SORCERY IS THIS?!
