- Rock Lee vs Shinra was one of the best taijutsu battles in Naruto. The fight actually meant something and the hits held weight. Fighting someone in the same boat and with the same life as you, Lee put up a good performance. Shinra was boxing too, too bad this was his last fight.

1) He purposefully released Lee's sealed chakra points because he wanted to fight Lee at his best.
2) He was literally injured the whole fight and activating the seven heavenly breaths caused his wounds to reopen.
3)..... Plot!
