🇲🇳 Immerse yourself in the heart of Mongolia's culinary traditions as we embark on a journey to Bee and Soy’s cozy ger in Ulaanbaatar!
🍲 Discover the authentic flavors of Mongolia with Traveling Spoon, where locals like Bee and Soy open their homes to travelers eager to learn and taste traditional dishes. From the bustling streets of Ulaanbaatar to the serene setting of their ger, we experienced Mongolian hospitality at its finest.
🏠 Stepping into their ger felt like stepping into a different world. Bee and Soy graciously showed us around their home before diving into the culinary adventure ahead. As they unveiled the menu, we were intrigued to find Mongolian dumplings filled with cows' hearts among the delicacies we would be preparing.
With laughter and camaraderie, we chopped, mixed, and prepared the ingredients, soaking in every moment of this cultural exchange. Amidst the aroma of simmering dishes, Bee and Soy introduced us to traditional Mongolian board games, painted vibrantly onto a large mat.
🥟 As our creations cooked to perfection, we gathered around the table, ready to savor the fruits of our labor. To our delight, the cows' heart dumplings proved to be a surprising delight, bursting with flavor and tradition.
🎶 But the culinary journey didn't end there! In true Mongolian fashion, Bee and Soy shared with us the tradition of singing a song after a meal to aid digestion. With curiosity and joy, we joined in this time-honored ritual, trading tunes and laughter late into the early evening.
👋 As the sun began to set, we bid farewell to our gracious hosts, deeply grateful for the memories shared and the bonds formed over a meal. Join us on this culinary adventure, where every bite tells a story and every song echoes with the warmth of Mongolian hospitality.

Hello Beautiful Family From Thailand ❤️ 💛 💚
Hello!! 🤗
I love growing without borders ❤ I,m from Sri Lanka
Thanks so much!! 🙏🏻❤️
I reckon you girls have had a much better education than most of us. I'm not suggesting regular school isn't important but are in the thick of sll the action and have learnt by doing, meeting different people and embracing new ideas.
Yeah it’s a different type of education and very enriching.
Anywayyou all are finethey gave you food and you behave like good love
Yes! It's always very interesting for us to try new food. We were surprised that cow heart actually tastes good.
Nice❤❤❤
Glad you enjoyed it!
At the start of the video the background I have BEEN THERE (I’m from Mongolia btw)
Oh nice!
When I was young (50 yrs ago in Winnipeg) my mom used to buy cow heart, stuff it with homemade bread stuffing and bake it in the oven: it was delicious. Question about the yurt house: where is the bathroom area?
Oh wow! I’ve never heard of this before. The bathroom was outside and literally a whole in a make shift outhouse. I don’t know how this is possible in the cold but they told me they go fast. 🤷♀️
Singing after eating... 👍
You’ve heard of this too?
I love you sister brother Mongolian❤❤❤❤❤❤
What delicious Mongolian food and it's just special for the cold it's a kind of soup, girls, you who travel around the world, for you, who has the best gastronomy in the world???
We’ve definitely tried all sorts of food from all these beautiful countries. It’s such a great experience!!

You saying this because she’s not annunciating? We are…Growing Up..
@@GrowingUpWithoutBorders she says "with borders", not "without borders"
That's the shabbiest dwelling i've seen in a while. There are absolutely beautiful gers in Mongolia. Sorry you had to go to this ger.
It was great and a beautiful experience. I’m sure there are some made up for tourist but this was someone’s home.
@@GrowingUpWithoutBorders yeah, this is exactly why I was worried. People thinking all of them live like this. This particular ger looks really bad.

One of your girls look like Elle Fanning. Actually, she is better than her. Can you guess which one? 😊
Is it perhaps Chloe?!
Энэ нэг балай юм ядаж хашаа хороогоо янзалчихаад жуулчин авна гэж яриаач арчаагүйгээ гайхуулаад.
Is this a way of traveling and eating when you can't afford things? Choose the poorest option in the country and exploit their innocence and disadvantage to gain attention and financial benefits. Your intention is disgusting.
Not at all. This is a large worldwide site where you can book local experiences and do cooking classes. It's called Traveling Spoon. Look it up. This family is part of this and receives guest all the time.
