Creating an Ofrenda for Dia de los Muertos / Day of the Dead Crafts Using Beebeecraft and Dollartree

- Inspiration for Dia de los Muertos. More Crafts for my first Ofrenda / Altar for Dia de los Muertos. Crepe paper streamers and a pool noodle turned into a colorful marigold arch. Decoupaged sugar skull made with beautiful Mexican flower designs and a plastic Dollartree skull. Sprucing up many Dollartree Day of the Dead items to look much more high end and special for your altar. Gorgeous garland and banners to add beauty to your ofrendas.

Very nice. This must have taken so much time and hard work. Only thing I would suggest is only white candles for Dia De Los Muertos, as white is for honoring the dead. That being said, this is still the most colorful and beautiful offrenda I have seen yet. 😍😍😍

Thank you for sharing, this tradition is beautiful and I'm glad it has trespassed frontiers to be shared among other cultures. I think the only thing you are missing is a little dish with salt and another one with water these guides the souls through the bridge. I love all your decorations and inspiration!

This is beautiful. Amazing for your first ofrenda. This gives me lots of ideas for next year. That pool noodle arch is genius! It looks like you've done this before. Isn't great all the Day of the Dead doodads you can find at dollar stores now? I didn't buy anything this year because I had so much leftover from last year but now I see a lot more things I can do and crafts I can do with my students. Thanks for the inspiration!
