    Score 🏆: 9.6/10
    AllTrails Info:
    Difficulty: Hard
    Length: 13.7 Miles
    Elevation Gain: 3,503 ft
    Route Type: Out and back
Comments 💭: The peaks of Fitz Roy are so grand and never get old to look at. The rocks look like castle walls that are visible throughout the majority of the hike. Steady incline in the beginning, followed by an awesome flat stretch with river stops into the bushes. The last KM the elevation gain is very intense and a hard workout. The top is worth all of the leg pains!

I went in December and it was mostly cold and windy. We got very lucky for the fitz Roy hike. Spent 4 days in El Chalten to have two sunny days ~65F
