I think it's because it first was with Peter, so his spider sense didn't think it was a threat, but even though it's Venom now, it's still not a threat.

Loved the video but for more accuracy venom is not affected by car horns only more high frequency sound
Venom gets irritated by car horns and it could possibly damage him if it lasts long enough
