Mk5 jetta turn off alarm noise

This quick fix will turn off the noise of your alarm but not the alarm. My alarm started honking in the middle of the night for no reason so i did some research and this is what i have. Sorry for the english, im french

Thank you, mec, just what I need to stop my alarm going off. Only time I went off with a real burglar nobody looked and they mothers got away with the laptop, so I just want to stop it pissing off my neighbours. Local VW agency wouldn't tell me about this.

Don't use pliers, they break the plastics😭
Use your KEY! It fits perfectly in that slot.

I got a 2001 vw Bora, it just started happening, but when i unlock the doors, or open them, nothing, but when i lock it the alarm goes off ...
