Regarding the Proud Family, I always considered Dijonay the worst. She's only your friend when you can do something for her. She'll drop you in a second when you're no longer benefitting her. Zoe sucked because she was just a massive doormat. LaCienega was an asshole and hardly even a friend, but at least you know where you stand with her. She was the realest of Penny's friends, which isn't saying much but still. Even as a kid I always hated Dijonay.
Bel-Air should of been it’s own show. They didn’t have to mention it as a reboot or associate it with the original show. Would of been perfectly fine if they didn’t.

It was. Penny was dreaming she was in the 50s when segregation was in full effect. Such a time, Zoey wasn't her friend in that situation cause they never spoke before. The episode was literally about racism and the importance of learning history.
