Dude what a stellar, well researched video. The idea that people are still enjoying and talking about the Double Ender all this time later puts a smile on my face. We launched it during Expo in 2023 and it sorta stayed hidden in the shadows. Definitely a sleeper for bush aircraft. You'll love some of the new stuff we have planned for this year esp if you enjoyed the Double Ender. Till then, thanks for supporting our team and sharing your experience with the community!
Much love,

Hey thanks for the kind words man! I really enjoyed making the video and diving into the history and flying it myself. I’m super looking forward to see what you all are working on next!
Your videos are really different, well thought out and interesting compared with most flight sim videos. I have already learned a lot from the few i have seen.
Keep up the good work.
Absolutely my FAVORITE bush plane!
IDK why the algorithm brought me here, but you've done a good job with the video. keep this style and grow the channel. good luck!
The algorithm works in mysterious ways :)
Appreciate the positive words, thanks man!
I literally bought this last night and then I see your video pop up in my feed lol. It's a great little aircraft. My only minor complaint is that these planes require you to look down to see your speed which my neck doesn't always appreciate - but that's not GotFriends fault. I can see how this design is superior and safer to traditional bush planes. I love how much power you have on tap.
I noticed your using simplified ground handling which might be why your takeoff roll was so easy. I definitely need to dance the rudder a bit when using Authentic setting. Also, as you can see in your flight, the turn coordinator/balance ball always seems to fly to the left. I use rudder trim to help center it otherwise you're always on the pedals (unless you just ignore it).
I hear you on the on the flight instruments not being all at eye level, I guess that’s the trade off for a clear view ahead. Might have to play with the default view a bit myself.
Good point on the ground handling, I changed it and you’re right it does become a bit more demanding but nothing too crazy.
The turn coordinator ball is interesting, it’s pretty much always a little left without any rudder correction. In the last scene of my video I was using Flight Control Replay (well, in more than a few scenes tbh) and I noticed in editing that it always shows the ball hard left when FCR is running 🤷
@@GhostPlaneRadioYes, that's my experience too. It sits a little to the left. I can trim it out with rudder trim (which I don't think the aircraft actually has, but I guess that's the advantage of sims). I do wonder why it does that tho.
Best plane in msfs ❤
Actually don’t have this but I have no doubt from my Wilga and F4F that it would be a true beauty!
Great video just luv this little plane..My only wish for it would be for them to add an Gps unit.
Thanks! Actually it does have a GPS built in, there’s the little Garmin GTN650 unit just above the MVP50 panels. And you can always install the TDS GTNXi or the PMS50 GTN650.
I have the doubleender but I use it wery little despite the fact that making it was a greath idea. There are lot of bushplane but I miss the king of bushplane, the Piper Supercub, with different sets of wheels. Lot of unknow ones but the classic one is missing. We have the Husky that is another classic but nobody fly it. The two Asobo Clubcrafters (abd mods) and the Trent Palmer Kitfox probably are killing this category of aircrafts.
