Sino ba ang hindi paborito ang lechon lalo na ang mga pinoy. Narito ang version ko ng Crispy and Tender na Pork Belly Lechon. Medyo matagal lang lutuin ito, at ma proseso, pero sulit na sulit pagkaluto. Sobrang sarap, kaya hinay hinay lang at baka tumaas ang BP. Enjoy!

3 kg pork belly
6 pcs lemongrass
2 bundle spring onion
1 big white onion
2 whole garlic
bay leaves
salt
black pepper
