This was useful but what I'm trying to figure out is how to deal with a song which has one measure with an extra beat in it. The tempo doesn't change but one measure has 5 beats which throws the rest of the grid off.

Traktor pro 2 and 3 serato dj and even virtual dh is the best when it comes to analyzing tracks its perfect
Rekordbox is not always correct even if its straight 130bpm track it sometimes shows 130.60 or less

You mentioned about the lock feature in respects to locking in the BPM. Would I have to use the lock feature so it locks in place my newly placed beat grids I do on tracks each time if I’m not adjusting the BPMs too?

During breakdowns the bpm can get lost and jump to 180, its best to check tracks and if there is a jump go into the bpm and correct it to the bpm before the breakdown, then correct the beatgrid.

Please make same video for beat grid editor in Serato... I'm trying to fix a few songs, and not sure how to keep different sections of the song from not all being adjusted, ie keep first portion of song at 128 bpm and mid/end at 105 bpm. Also when I make adjustments the bpm becomes slightly variable like 128.5, 128.3, 129.1,etc

Question! But when you change the tempo how does that effect if your set as some ppl play on 4 decks and all the BPMs would need to stay the same.
Would the change in BPM mid track just change in ratio to what you originally set the bpm slider to or what?

I have a DDJ-1000 The Master deck doesn't swich automatically when loading a new track.. .
Sometimes I have to press the sync bottom to activate it..
Any idea how to fix this problem

Hello! I notice you have some colored horizontal marks under the waveform of the track that is playing. Are this like song structure marks? How do you set and edit them? Thanks
will this work for tracks that simply have breakdowns that dont match the overall beat tempo? Like Kyle Watson Gas Pedal Remix. Also It's not a problem with not being able to mix by beat matching, but more that I want to properly grid the entire track for purpose of setting cue points that snap to the grid. But I guess this could be a solution for both.

Amazing Info brother and easily explained. Brother tell me a 1 thing rekordbox version 5 has a feature that 1 track's BPM automatically change when track play on 128-105bpm & then it comes to 128bpm which tell you in this video but rekordbox version 6 doesn't has this feature. May be I don't know.If this feature is available in rekordbox version 6 so how to open it & I don't have paid version (I don't have key) of rekordbox version 6.
Cool video. Not related, but when setting loops in RB i find it hard to get it accurate. In Serato you can set the in/out position on the loop using the arrow keys but cant seem to do this in RB. Any ideas how to do this? Thanks
