    I've lost 20lbs since January, but the weight really started to drop once I went full into WFPB in April. I did it because I didn’t want to take bp meds. My readings have dropped from the 130s to 150s to now the teens and 120s. I stopped eating chocolate, candies, cakes etc after listening to the audiobook Ultra Processed People. Real eye opener as to what those fake foods are made of. Now I read ingredients rather than calories, carbs etc. Interestingly, I don't have any cravings for chocolate anymore. If I make a smoothie, I'll add cacao powder. For a sweet tooth, I'll have one or two deglet dates in the evening. Once in a while I'll have bread with my salad. Love your videos 😸🩷

    I’ve gotten much better. At first, I struggled with myself creating recipes that worked. Now I just struggle a little with getting my husband to eat the dish, but he’s coming a long. At least, he tries and hasn’t turned anything down yet. So I must be doing something right. 😅

    I went plant based to rebel against carnivore diet once I figured how unhealthy it is to only eat meat. Then it went uphill from there.
