Felt sorry for Jean in this episode all she ever wants is to have some fun in her life but the way she's going you can tell she isn't taking her meds and deep down she really needs help to keep top on things
Yh I mean after Gray I assume that she’s depressed and haven’t taken her meds which means she’s gone on a mad one and taking holidays just to make her better when really all you need is to get away from London and spent some time with yourself alone, also maybe see a doctor if u really ill I Personally don’t believe that shes just going through emotions now after Gray literally fucked everyone over the square so many times that some people’s lives would never be the same again. So Jean I’m gonna say this it’s ok not to be ok and just know that u don’t have to pretend everything is gonna be fine, it’s just gonna be rough and be honest that u not having a good time and just be stable and make sure that u don’t want to do things that u don’t wanna do. Finally, don’t rush things and take some time to think things through.
I felt sorry for Jean as well but she didn’t seem ( I know she was ill) to acknowledge or understand that she hurt Arthur even when Stacey confronted her about it she denied the whole thing by saying it wasn’t true I know it was an accident and she didn’t mean to hurt her grandson but in a later episode she told Arthur how Kush ( Arthur’s Father) died also she told Lily ( who was only eleven at the time) she had bipolar she could see it in her then Lils started taking the medication for it Xx
I was annoyed with her because ( I know she wasn’t well at the time) she didn’t seem to care or acknowledge that she hurt Arthur even when Stacey contacted her about it she tried to make out it wasn’t true I know it was by accident and she didn’t intend to hurt him but still Xx
We dont know for sure that shes not taking her meds. I feel so bad for her. Its true that shes been more excited and that but we cant just jump to conclusions and think its her bipolar cus we dont know for sure it could be cause Daniel told her to live in the moment and thats what shes been doing. And ever since she started dating Harvey shes been extreamly happy and bubbily

She needed to take a more "Blunt" & "Direct" approach towards Jean to make her see & understand that something isn't quite right with her. Jean has hurt Arthur forced Tommy to lie about the stolen money. Who knows what Jean could do next when she's not realising the consequences of her actions. Am sorry but Stacey could've done this more sensitively she has been on the Vic roof and been in a Mental health unit herself. She should've said " Mum am here for you" not " you ain't seeing the kids until see a doctor" that's emotional blackmail!!!
