I am African American and I too struggled with the same issue...is it appropriate for me to study a Celtic religion. I resonate with it soooooo much as well as I love Runes which are both Norse and Celtic. You are the first person that gets me without even knowing me. You have no idea how much the words you spoke in this video mean to me... (I'm not alone). After 6 years of study I have just come to relax in what I love and an understanding that all roads lead to the same destination no matter what you identify as. Blessed be, beautiful.
I’m so glad to hear this made you feel seen! Honestly I’m sure there are varying views on the appropriateness of PRACTICING a religion from a culture you don’t have roots in, but it feel it’s always appropriate to STUDY it! That being said, in my experience, most Celtic pagans are very welcoming regardless of background and ethnicity. It’s also important to remember that most of the “Celtic” paganism that’s practiced today is only Celtic-inspired and is not an unbroken tradition from the actual Celts. Wicca especially has borrowed from all cultures around the world (arguably with or without it being “appropriate”). So I feel anyone should be able to practice it. Hope this helps!

When I really dive into runes, I would love to learn from this book since her readings are always so accurate. I’ll make a video when I do!

So I've just tested everything with my spare email account, and everything is working fine... Only for some reason, the email containing the download didn't arrive instantly, but took a couple of hours. Not to sure why, but keep an eye out for it and hopefully it shows up eventually!
