Great video, you’re killing it with the editing. Love watching this fish in the beginning with the drone. How deep were those trout when you were catching them off of those little islands.

Thanks, really appreciate it. Fish were holding in about 1 to 2 ft.

Good seeing you out there, and those reds were hanging along the grass drop offs. Heard a wizzing noise overhead and saw the drone. Great footage of the bay system . 👍

    Jake,
Very nice video. I recognize those big white tanks in many videos. Where are those tanks located? Near Portland? I can see the huge advantage to having a motor to drive upwind to set up a drift. I'm lucky of I get to or three keepers each time I come down. Can't wait to hook up with you, again. Jim

Maybe a polarized filter for the lens of the drone would help get better footage of the fish underneath the water kinda like polarized sunglasses I dunno was looking into getting a drone they look like fun

The water in this area is really clear as is. They absolutely do work but gives the water a gelatin appearance.

Thanks brotha, definitely more productive than when we initially hit it, things are heating up on the flats with this warming trend. Youre welcome to park it my garage if you want or use my older outback. Gotta work this week but could potentially roll with in evenings.

Working that lure so fast with huge jerks. Slow her down for more hits ij the strike zone. Just my opinion anyway

I agree with you in that keeping the lure in the strike zone as long as possible is ideal however the area wasnt conducive to slow retrieves. As a matter of fact fished near a gentlemen who only caught clumps of grass and struggled. Fish seemed to prefer bouncing the lure just above the base grass layer.
