4 DAYS IN MIAMI - PART 1: Miami Arrival & A Day Trip to Key West!

I surprised Megan with a trip to South Florida to explore Miami & the Keys. We flew in to Miami on a Monday and were hosted by The Cardozo South Beach on Ocean Drive for the week! Getting to stay in such an iconic and historic hotel on our trip was such a blessing! We crammed so much fun stuff in our 4 days there. This is part 1 of our trip that includes our arrival to Miami, tour of The Cardozo, & our day at the Keys. On our way to Key West we stop in at the famous Robbie's to see some Tarpon & cruise over the famous Seven Mile Bridge. Once in Key West we explore Duval Street, have lunch at Bad Boy Burrito, check out Ernest Hemingway's House, take a pic the Southernmost Point, and watch the sunset at Mallory Square. Highly recommend the day trip to Key West! Such a unique and beautiful place!

I just found your videos tonight. I am amazed at how young people can afford these lavish vacations. .I am happy that you can travel like this. I always worked long hours and in the 1970 s and 1980 s I never had a vacation like that while I was young. It is great that you can experience these moments with the one you love while you are young.

We talk about this sometime about how different it is traveling now vs then. Thankfully we have so many resources on the internet that allow us to find great opportunities for cheap or we wouldn’t be able to do these trips either. We’re trying to see as much as we can while we’re young! ❤️

Thanks for the reply, we had no opportunities like that when I grew up. I am from W V and worked at a Restaurant / Bar in Beckley WV. A retired Cop opened it and the clientele were Attorneys, Cops and even Judges and local business owners. I was the first one hired and was really blessed to make the money I made there. There were no scantily dressed waitresses , just great food and Steak nights were awesome. I am in Alabama now 6 miles from Columbus Ga. which is a very nice place now. Columbus ( the old downtown main st.) has had a complete makeover the last 20 years with great whitewater activities and all the old Mill buildings have been made into upscale apartments. Come check out the area that was scary to drive through in the 1980s. Enjoy love and life, you two are a great looking couple.

We were there in early march. It was warm, but not as hot as it gets. June would be a great time to go!
