Downtown Elmhurst is was built around the Metra station. Thats a big plus. It has a lot nice small business.even the Elmhurst college is downtown. York theater is beautiful. I saw the movie little miss sunshine there on a weekday years ago and the theater was crowded and its proably still is. Downtown Elmhurst is vibrant. I shop there a day ago and I felt safe.I live in Chicago.

I loved the schools over there and I think it’s a very beautiful town and I loved the teachers over by York the only issue I don’t like being over there is a lot of the people over there a lot of them think there better than everybody and some of those parents are strict now to me it’s depends how strict you are I never had anymore to hung out really and when I was at York nobody really talked to me and I felt like a lot of my friends were pretending to like me I might be not prefect but I tried my best and I was very sad and I was happy to graduate from York finally
You never lived or hung out in Elmhurst because we do not call it downtown Elmhurst we say uptown. learn what you are talking about.
