Fruit Pizza Recipe: reelCd10-h...
Crust:
1 1/2C. Oats
1C. Flour
1/2C. Brown Sugar (packed)
1/2. tsp. Baking Soda
1/4 tsp. Vanilla Extract
10 Tbsp. Melted Butter
Topping:
1C. Cream Cheese (softened)
3/4C. Powered Sugar
1tsp. Vanilla Extract
1 container Cool Whip (thawed)
Fresh Fruit
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all CRUST dry ingredients. Stir in melted butter and vanilla. Press into 9x13 greased baking dish. Bake for 10min or until golden. Allow to cool COMPLETELY!
While crust is cooling, in a COLD bowl mixing bowl beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until fluffy. Fold in whipped cream.
Spread over cooled cookie and top with fresh berries or fruit.

I think the only fruit pizza that I’ve ever made or had had a filling made with condensed milk, but maybe I’m mistaken. Yours looks really good! Have y’all been having extremely hot temperatures down there this past week? Where we live in Kingman it was 113 at 5:30 pm!! TFS your healthy picks from Trader Joe's. The dressing is amazing. I've seen the PB w/honey this w/e but thought it might be too sweet. I'll have to try. I love tabouleah. I'll have to look for it. Have you tried the breakfast chicken sausage patties? They are plant based but taste amazing. Their small but 2x at 140 cal with hard boiled eggs would be a great lo cal meal. Also, their cottage cheese. Add strawberries or blueberries. Another healthy breakfast or snack. Your dessert looks yummy. I can picture making these in a dessert cup for entertaining with the same layered concept 👌🏽🫶🏽

As far as the pizza goes, I like to take the Trader Joe’s basil spread. It’s in the refrigerated section a thin layer that but first I cook the crust a little tiny bit, then pull it out put the sauce on top and sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top. I like it to be a little crispy so I cook it just a tiny bit longer. Then when it comes out, I put a massive amount of arugula on top and I drizzle the balsamic spread or the balsamic salad dressing across the top, it’s honestly so good!
