    Sir, Many organisations sideline employees when they raise any difference of opinion. Few accept free thinking and spirit. You said about a bitter reality. Thanks for the insight.

    Hi Pi...i am pleased to know that this process has a title or name..... i am that person who often is frustrated at team members who agrees to some absurd suggestion when the obvious is right infront of them... as Jaya says, team leaders often encourage us to have an opinion and speak up, but when one shares an insight it is shut down...and then all says what they think the team leader or other person wants... i love how you put it, BE IN AGREEMENT...I WOULD LOVE more educational insights....
