Hello to you. I have a question about this omen gaming hub program. I have an hp omen 16 5t925ea laptop and I wanted to set everything up so that the paw would run optimally, among other things, I wanted to set the fan curves for both cpu and gpu. There are manual, auto and max options, probably as well as eco, and I wanted to mess around with the curves of these fans and set something like this: At cpu and 50st I have 31% of the revolutions, at 55st already 38%, at 65st already 45% etc. That's how I set it up and similarly a little different with the gpu fan, anyway, the percentage of the fans should rotate at a given temperature and I don't know if they rotate. As the temperatures increase, the fans should automatically spin faster and I don't know if I haven't turned on anything else in this omen gaming hub. I gave the manual and the performance tab, not once balanced. and dynamic fan curve options with manual and that's why I need help to make the fans work as I set on the curves while playing. I still use speedfan. Help and best regards.
Hey I have a HP Omen Laptop 17-cb0xxx. I had to reinstall windows 11 on my laptop which resulted in my Omen Gaming Hub button not working. Could you help me with directions how to fix this please.

My omen button is not working on my victus laptop, anyone knows the solution?
My omen gaming hub auto opens allllll the time!! How to stop that! I have tried everything to stop this, deleted too (auto downloads on its own) factory reset my laptop twice too! And same problem now! Can’t even play any games in peace, opens 14 - 20 times in a normal dota timer game. :(((( I have lost this fight to omen gaming hub, please tell me what to do more . :(( I really need help :((

This darn software deleted all my files in download when I used cleaner. Can I get them back?
I keep pressing no when it ask me if you want to allow this app to make changes and it keeps asking me every time I press windos key

All Optimizer did was constantly delete the entirety of my Downloads folder every couple of days. I didn't notice the first time and emptied my recycle bin. Lost years of saved docs. Took me two months to figure out it was Optimizer. Never using that mess again.

Why are you using dowoads folder to save documents? Just use Documents folder…
@@metalmachine555 Documents and Downloads serve different purposes. That's why they have different names. That also has zero to do with my point about Optimizer. People should be able to DOWNLOAD files to the Downloads folder and leave them there if they want, without worrying that some "helpful" Optimizer is going to periodically delete everything.

i got a hp omen 15 laptop with rtx 3070 and 10870h and when i select discrete mode from graphic switcher i cant alt tab or alt f4 anyone have an idea why is this happening ?
This happened to me and was an issue with the booster itself.
How do you select that??

For me, Omen gaming hub increases temperature of the CPU quite significant. I had to uninstall it from my PC, because constant fan noise was giving me a headache. Without this app my laptop is running at 40-45 ° when idle instead of 60-70°
Unfortunately HP does not allow third party apps to controll fan speeds, and when i play a game, my PC can heat up up to 95° ( the fans are able to spin at 50% of max speed. I would really like to be able to controll fan speed without gaming hub which is really unoptimized.

Omen disables atl + tab and windowns key
Optimizer deleted important files from my computer. Very cool
It keeps notifying me and wont let me play my games cause it keeps saying "allow this software to make changes to your computer."

I had the same issue. Just click "Yes" when it want to make changes, and enable gaming hub booster to enhance all games. Then later if you want to disable it, you can open the Omen Gaming Hub program on your desktop, and then under the "Optimizer" option on the left side menu, you can config, enable or disable the booster.

To anybody else who is suffering from fps being locked. So for example my HP laptop was locked at 60fps in league of legends, even though I had it at 120fps in game settings. Eventually I pressed boost and it dropped my fps down to 17fps, and stayed that way for the rest of my game. So I forced closed the omen hub app through 'task manager', and then deleted it in the start menu (start menu is when you click the windows/Microsoft icon on the bar. you can also right click the app to uninstall too) Instantly after I restarted my laptop and bam, got it to a smooth 120fps. Hope this helps someone
Not gonna lie after reading some comments i decided to turn it back off. The day I decide to try it out too lol. I’m still new to Pc gaming and don’t want to mess anything up.

The people in the comments who told me how to turn it off.
If a pop up comes up and asks if you want to do something yes/no and you click no so it just asks again in a minute then you need to have a think about user design.

How the fuck do I remove this malware from my computer. It's the most obnoxious addition i've ever seen. I can't tab out of anything without it trying to force its way onto me.. and when enabled you literally can't alt-tab out of the program it's "boosting". Why, Omen.

@@tri-unetrl3966 No. I did not. I ended up having to send that HP Victus back to Amazon due to hardware failure. I haven't tried Omen again since receiving the new Legion laptop.
