Biggest takeaway is, human body has not evolved eating isolated nutrients in super concentrated amounts. And many nutrients are dependent on the availability of other nutrients for absorption and better utilisation. Sure if you have a deficiency, then supplement helps. But if you are relying on supplements too much, you are screwed.

Exactly the point....Old Era People , Raja Maharajas, Soldiers, Farmers use to rely only on whole foods...They never used any Supplement, Fat burners, BCAA, ..Bt Only had Whole foods with a proper balanced proportion...A balanced diet...They had much better Physique n strength n were healthy as compared to today's generation...

Malvika Tiwari Whatever brand you choose, make sure there is no added sugar in it. I would like to suggest that you go for a whey protein supplement that’s much safer and will not have any added sugar in it. Try Nutrabay Raw protein, its not that expensive or try finding any other good quantity Raw protein. All the best for your weight loss journey. Always remember its all about energy balance. Make sure you are in calorie deficit, walk at least 10000 steps a day, doesn’t matter where you do it, if you work try walking 10 mins every hour. Include morning walks, walk after dinner. Go to market or mall but make sure you get your steps in. Try using any pedometer app on your phone to track your steps, it will be fun.
And if possible, add some kind of resistance training(highly recommended)

I live in Canada. The supplements are much cheaper than India. The whole foods are almost same like India. So here supplements are beneficial in terms of cost effectiveness. But whole foods have lots of other benefits compared to supplements. The overall nutritional value in whole foods are way better.

Soybean helps if you are poor like me :). for more protein Mixed Dal + Rice, Mung beans + rice rajma + rice. Curd + Eggs + Milk. Only two things are missing. Omega 3 and Vit B12 :p. well Veg sources have issues with omega 3 and Vit b12. Other wise lifes good ;)

@@6Fitansh Right man, especially in summer time when consuming eggs becomes a little difficult. Here eggs cost 7 ruppees. Better to buy whey during summers. Same price per gram of protein😌.

Sir bfr i found ua channel i use to eat egg whites, chkn brest,slim milk,broccoli, supplement stuff like that...n i was tierd eating foods wit no taste.
Now i eat hole chkn, hole eggs,fish,full fat milk,n locally available vegetables...
Sir my body responded very very well..
I realy gain good amounts of lean muscle n my strength n stamina also increases.

Fact to be told....i always suffered some health problems while using supplements....be it protein, multi vitamin, fat butner, beta alanine......cause we often give our body too much in that form.......when i started taking protein supplements soon after 1 month i started getting severe headaches and digestion issues ......headaches due to later i found out that i am very sensitive to supplemental glutamine.........protein powders hurt me sooo much that once immediately after taking glutamine i felt so much pressure on my head and ultimately i started bleeding thru my nose.......and i was like degraded nervous system for more than 6 months. ...i cant contract my muscles properly(u know feel that harness and power after flexing, ut always felt like spongy)......finally i switched to whole foods ... Yes....roti, daal, curd whatever u name it.....and i recovered and finally felt like a young boy again, in the end i only came to learn the truth that supplement industry doesnt care about your health at all....people used to eat ghar ka khana always and made muscle too....and dont listen to all those inhumane celebs who advise innocent people that leave roti, dudh , dahi if you want to loose fat.. loosing fat permanently requires whole foods itself in 1st place, just decrease the amount gradually, increase workouts, and stop taking fat burners which are loaded with leathal levels of caffiene....u want energy drink a small cup of coffee before workout and u will feel see same results tbh:)

All year around in Lucknow one egg cost 5rs which gives 6gram PROTEIN for every 30 gram of P we need to spend 25rs on other hand for ever decent whey protein for every 30 gram of protein we need 80-90rs so you can understand easily how much cost efficient is whole food i have done this research because of my low budget i can easily guide anyone for the minimum budget with maximum protein carbs and fat. All you need is time and better calculating skills.

Whey protein consume kar sakte hai 5 min me. Aur 4 boiled eggs khane me 10-15 min jate hai. Toh i guess time save karne ke liye extra paise dene padte honge supplements me.

I totally believe in whole foods. I'm 16 & I've not taken any supplements till now and I have much better physique than people near my age who have taken steroids and even use supplements. There is no replacement for Whole foods ! Thankyou sir for a the amazing video.

Protien content of a whole egg is greater than mere egg white, you will get 4 gms of protien through egg white and if you consume the whole egg, it will provide you with almost 6 gms of protien along with some fat content and cholesterol.
