OOR are playing together since 2005, and they arent that young, they are all in early 30 rn ;)
If you like rock (their music varies a bit from album to album, from rock, emo, pop punk, to pop, and more), but you should really try:
One by One, Take me to the top (with intro), Cry out, Mighty Long Fall, and perhaps Deeper Deeper, and Clock Strikes ☺️☺️
They are really amazing life, so it’s always recomended to check out those live videos ☺️

One Ok Rock is one of the best rock bands out there now.. They’re from Japan. Their music extends through multiple genres. One thing to know is that their live performances are almost always better.
You’ve just scratched the surface of their music. Several suggestions for rock songs are Cry Out (Tokyo Dome live), Clock Strikes (Yokohama live), Mighty Long Fall (live), & Renegades (mv). For ballads I recommend Wherever You Are (ambitions live), Last Dance (acoustic live), Good Goodbye (live), & One Way Ticket (ambitions live). I hope you’ll enjoy them all. 🎶🎶
I want you to know more about ONE OK ROCK. It is an absolute live performance that conveys their true goodness, awesomeness, and power!
What you definitely want to see is clock strikes 35xxxv Japan tour 2015. You should be able to feel their passion, direction, overwhelming energy, and above all, a sense of unity with the fans!

Please note OOR has made so many different style of energetic songs and hope you will enjoy all of them....but some prefer harder and some do slower, ballad, or soft rock, acoustic version, up-beat catchy, mid-tempo anthemic song, etc. So here you are 1) Answer is near (2015 live 35xxxv tour - similar to the beginning but more mixed with tempo), 2) Take me to the top (live in Nagisaen, this intro part by three band members other than Taka was super cool and fast tempo energetic harder rock song), 3) Nothing helps (live in Yokohama stadium - similar style of energetic rock, a bit of harder side of OOR), 4) Chaosmyth Mighty Long Fall at Yokohama Stadium - mid tempo energetic rock, 5) Fight the night (orchestral version live - beautiful, cinematic, a must song if you like OOR). Some of them are dad, the bassist is married to Avril Lavigne's sister. They are in the industrie since 15 or 16 years.
They did some featuring with some international band as Sum41 (i think^^), Ed sheeran wrote one of their last song.

I love One OK Rock and am glad that you discovered them. Many reactions are by people who never heard of them before but instantly love their music and energy. Their lives are unreal because they give more than 100 percent always and they do more than just rock. Taka's voice is unique and just gives me goosebumps listening to him. Many people have suggested songs and they are all good recommendations. I think you might like Deeper Deeper for a more rock sound.

Anyway, I highly recommend if you like heavy rock ENDING STORY,TAKE ME TO THE TOP, ONE BY ONE and JUVENILE will do. If it is some melodic rock WE ARE, CRY OUT and CLOCK STRIKES. If it is ballad rock WHEREVER YOU ARE, PIERCE and ET CETERA. If you want to hear their roots or their older songs HITORIGOTO LONELYNA, KIMISHIDA RESSHA, MIKANSEI KYOUKYO. Some acoustic performances in their studio jam session TAKING OFF, BOMBS AWAY, HEARTACHE.

I didn't find OOR until late 2020 and randomly in the car my shuffle played Last Dance and I was so confused as to how I knew the song already. I thought it was a cover or something being an all English song but it didn't sound like one and was on an actual album. Turns out I had been listening to Last Dance for years without knowing who the band was and was so mad at myself. Now I'm a fully invested fan and desperately want to see them live and have been avoiding watching live performances knowing it'll make me want that even more. It's crazy how big they are but also being underrated as well.
We Are - 18 fes version is fantastic! One of the only live performances I've seen from them as it's something I saw so often in comments, well worth it

Saw this video "Open Arms - Journey • Arnel Pineda x Taka (One OK Rock)" and wanted to check out Taka, ... was he just a good English mimic ? (is he ?) Saw some OOR videos and thought THESE GUYS CAN ROCK ! even if in Japanese, I enjoy the music (and energy and performance !). [going down the 'rabbit hole' from a Steve Perry (Journey) 2019 interview to Journey's current singer, Arnel (probably a little bit more than a mimic, now).]
