From the very moment I heard the flower from The Masked Singer sang, it freaking got my attention. Her voice calms me like no other, heals me better than a tylenol can(I don't think I've taken a Tylenol tho 😂) and touches my soul in a different way. I was a little sad when she was terminated from the show, I wanted her to stay a little longer just so I could listen to that voice again. Yeah I only knew her recently, but I'm grateful and blessed that I found her. It's better late than never, they say. I'm a 22 year-old women who'd like to be her friend, she's like an angel to me. Also the fact that she claims to be an introvert and be in her garden all day, it's freaking precious to me. She's stunning for her age(killiN' it 📸)😍.

@@marcmurray7244 personally I never met her but I have a short story to share with you I was at church supposed to be in Sunday school class I was the age of 19 at that particular time in 1991 Patti was on her burning tour I was told what hotel she was staying in but I didn't believe this person so I took a Gamble and called the hotel she was staying at, I asked for her room and the phone begins to ring, I heard this voice sound just like Patti she was asleep I have woke her up don't forget she had just had a concert last night in my town I wasn't able to go I wasn't able to go that's another story lol I did talk to her I actually thought she was going to hang up on my face, nope she did not but I apologize for waking her up but I did tell her something before I hung up with her I told her I always loved her she was like a mother I never had or always wanted (I had a mother) and I told her I loved her and she told me she loved me back and that was basically it that is the closest I ever come to communicating with her I have actually seen her four times in concert, I really felt like I gotten some closure out of that I think I just want to hear her tell me she love me what she did and I am forever grateful and forever and ever will be a fan of Patti LaBelle! I've always been a huge fan of Miss Patti labelle... her voice was superb during the 80's and 90's..... back when she had the fierce hairstyles....as she gotten older her vocal range is slipping. She like Dolly Parton should go back to the older/earlier versions of themselves....

It was way too high. She needed falsetto all the time. And during the song it was too low. Wish she could put a note that matched her voice fully. She has the voice to do it all, but it sure wasn’t comfortable. At this point of life, a diva like this should work with people that care about her voice and know her voice.
Patti's chest voice isn't there like it use to be. That's why I think she is using so much falsetto.
I agree totally I’ve watched Pattie n her voice for yrs and her chest voice n head voice has weakened. The strength is jus not there and she knows it too . I believe if she rest n lube that box a year maybe use her other talent Cooking , Acting etc ... she could do a comeback and her voice would be better than before ! 👍🏽
She could easily turn down one or two notes... it would be amazing. She loves singing... I know she does. And even when i thought she was gonna slay the second song... that she is well know for.. she put it high too. Some real background singing could put her stamina up there. Maybe the background singing near her. She could interact. Singers know this. When you’re worried about a note... somebody near always make the breathing better, not because of competing, but because you feel supported.
Dave 919 I am not saying she is bad. She could drop the falsetto, because singing in falsetto strains your voice and tires you so fast. Even the breath gets out fast. Someone who sings would know that.
It wasnt too high. ... thats her key... and at 3 quarters of a century old that falsetto is still one of the highest in the music industry, her voice CHANGED not weakened... so while falsetto is hard for most her operatic register makes them effortless for her. Let mother continue to shut the house down all over the world! She just turned 75 yesterday singing like THAT, shes STILL a world wonder
