I went thru the same thing with swelling feet when I was pregnant. Thank God, it wasn't pre-eclampsia. Doctor told me to lay off the salt and drink LOTS of water. and that really helped a lot. That lady shouldn't have told you all that scary stuff. I would have told her that my doctor gives me good advice and he says that everything is OK. She should have known better, but some people just don't think before they open their mouth. I'm so glad it's getting close to time for Baby Boy! Sending lots of hugs and love to you and the fam! ❤❤❤❤
As a dental assistant, I would advise you to wait until after your baby is born. Because at our clinic, they make you get a release paper signed from your obgyn before doing any treatment or even referring you to someone else. And as far as the feet swelling, i would just go light on the salts and drink more water. Keeping you and baby in my prayers

I swear you and I are going to give birth at the same time. I’m due June 15th but expecting to go over my due date. My ankles are swollen too, it’s normal. Preeclampsia has more symptoms than just swollen feet. You are good mama! DO NOT LISTEN TO HORROR STOR

My feet were swelling too n my blood pressure did go high but I was ok. Drs took care me n told me put my feet up and rest after baby came home!! Everyone is different n I'm praying for for smooth fast delivery!! ❤❤❤

That nesting time and post partum time. I ❤️ mila's outfit she's so gorgeous 😍. Hubby will be over the moon when baby boy gets here. I'm happy and excited for your family. Enjoy yourself and bask in your bundle of joy. We don't expect you to be v-logging in the coming weeks anyway. You'll do a wonderful time epidural free so, just take your time and do what works for you. Listen to your body cuz no one will give you better guidance more than your body and baby boy. GOD BLESS.

Baby boy will be here soon! Yay! Sometimes people tell their bad experiences to others to try to prevent something happening to others. However, I totally understand what you are saying that would have stressed me out. I remember when I was pregnant one of my so called friends told me to be careful because my baby would move a lot in my stomach. She told me, my baby could get caught on the umbilical cord and choke to death. I was freaking out! If your tooth gets too painful or infected go to the ER, they usually have dentist for emergency extractions.

I had high blood pressure and my feet always swelled. My blood pressure was managed with medicine and i never developed preeclampsia. Feet swelling is very normal during pregnancy. Also, swelling in your feet wouldn’t be your only sign for preeclampsia. Hands, face and protein in your urine would be other signs. Yea, you can’t listen to other ppl, as you said your story is your story. Other people may have their own journey. Ignore and find your peace and keep your faith, you will be just fine.

Sadly you have to wait until baby boy gets here to get your tooth pulled I went through the same thing with my last son. And a lot of doctors who know you have a midwife will mistreat you because they know they won’t get the pay out of the birth and she was wrong for telling you that. It came from a carrying place but she went too far.

Experienced the same swelling with my last and I ended up developing pre-eclampsia then to eclampsia then to the life-threatening hellp syndrome ended up having and emergency c section and a preemie hope you have a safe delivery 🙏🏾
My urine and blood was fine too then 4 days after boom too much protein in urine and low blood platelets
Epidural is wayy better than natural birth cause u know natural birth hurts like hell never had it I just heard a lot of people say it so I’m glad I got an epidural when I was giving birth 🙌🙌🙌

So understand you spiritual journey I am trying to figure out which church I want to attend it’s important where you attend at because your spiritual journey has to be in a very spiritual way in a church that fits it. A lot of churches not like how they used to be when I was young so I am so happy you found one that you love and feeling the spirit. I don't think that the lady was being negative. She was just telling you her story. I get it that it made you scared. And maybe she shouldn't have told you while you were pregnant.
You can get a free one with insurance breast pump.
And most dentists won't see pregnant ladies. I had to wait until after I had my kids to go to the dentists.
Yeah, she did go too far with the story. Common sense would tell someone not to freak out a person who is getting ready to give birth 🙄God has you covered. Her story is not yours!

Preeclampsia is so traumatizing, but she shouldn’t have been telling you that traumatizing stories specially when you have the end of your pregnancy and yes, eclampsia has nothing to play around with doctors they Do not be looking out for the symptoms because a lot of the stuff is it falls under regular symptoms that you have pregnancy but everyone’s experiencing is different hang in there Astrema
