I was fortunate to get the chance to visit the IPMS Nationals held in Las Vegas, in August 2021. Here are some of the exhibits on show on the first full day.
I am President of a northern California modeling club. We had 1 member make the trip down there. He was quite successful. You must have liked his work as well, you featured 2 of his. Thank you for appreciating his work. Perhaps in the future our club might bring a larger presence to that show. Our next show will be IPMS Sacramento in February. Hope to see you there.
The German moments in time was just the bee's knees. The detail and characterisation was just fantastic; those Waffen SS tankies laughing and sharing a joke was so imaginative, as was the bike under the tracks. I applaud in a standing ovation the modellers.
Not bad at all, but for the love of god, zoom out a little! For dioramas, I don't really care about the details of individual figures, I want the big picture.

When is your Sacramento show? I might have to try to make that.
Thank you for sharing the 2 videos you took at this show. A lot of great models to see.

You’re welcome Mark.
Outstanding video and presentation.
Thanks so much, that’s kind.
Very cool! I would like to go to this show sometime.
The level of skill is incredible, I learned so much. I’m thinking of submitting a few builds next year, for the experience.
Brand of wss figure in cemetery? I saw rado but other one please?
I think it was a Stalingrad figure. But I’m not 100% sure. Sorry.
CAMERA WORK IS SUPURB.
THANKS
Thanks so much, just using my iPhone!
The ruined buildings and the human devastation in these dioramas are chillingly relevant at the time I write this in March 2022.
Very true…😢

Duly noted. I’ll do better next time.
