Heeton Concept Hotel location?
The hotel is situated in the Soi Buakhao, behind the Pattaya Avenue shopping complex. This is a very central location, providing easy walking access to the most popular areas in Pattaya. The beach is located around 450 meters away, while Central Pattaya is approximately 800 meters away. Soi Buakhao areas like Tree Town can be reached within a 5-minute walk. Walking Street Pattaya is also easily walkable from the hotel (around 1300 meters).
Is Heeton Concept Hotel guest friendly?
Yes, this hotel is guest/girl friendly up to 2 adults per room. 2 Adults per room can stay in the same room without additional charges. Always book for 2 person's even if you check in alone.
Heeton Concept Hotel have a swimming pool or fitness center?
There is large swimming pool in the behind of the hotel. There is also small water playground and play areas for childrens. There is quite a lot of sunbeds, even thought it got pretty full during the high season, there was always some space left.
Fitness center is located on the second floor; unfortunately, it has not been renovated and remains almost unusable except for cardio activities
Is Heeton Concept Hotel good value for money?
I believe that a price range of 30-38 USD during the high season is a good value for money. However, during the low season, I would not pay more than 30 USD as there are usually better deals available in the area. The hotel has improved significantly since the Mercure era, with better-maintained rooms that now feature tables and chairs on the balcony. Additionally, the rooms are now quieter due to the installation of carpets in the hallways
