Had a unilateral vestibular hypofunction episode last week. My boss gave this to me and its helping me. Im only taking it when it ramps up and it helps. Proven hearing loss in my left ear, constant tinitus. I always thought i was a tell tale menieres and my ent didnt rule it out. I now think inner ear is teaming up with a occular migrane or spine to really throw everything out of wack. My left ear hearing almost seems to be at zero which may have brought this on? No recent cold symptoms or virus that im aware of. My only hope is vestibular rehab therapy will help. I try all the excersizes i can find at home already. Never sure what helps, just throwing stuff at the wall for more normalness

I would encourage you to find the root cause of your dizziness in lying down, versus medicine that would mask the symptoms without knowing the Why. Have you had full work ups with this?

It depends on where you’re at in your recovery; if you’re suffering from an acute attack it may be necessary . I don’t know your exact situation and I’m not a physician that prescribes meds but why I can tell you is to Continue to do your research and Make sure the medication makes sense for your situation.

I actually don’t know the answer to this question. Your pharmacist or primary care physician are probably help you better with this question. ☺️Taking to consideration your symptoms and other medication you may be on.
