I see where NM is raising their state park camping fees. Annual pass for residents will increase to $300, nonresidents $600. Also raising fees on electricity, sewer, and will charge for water. The pass waives the site fee which will now be $15-$20. So staying 20/30 days in a years time would be the break even point. Also, 14 day max stays will now be 7 days.

Enjoy the semi isolation. I love being out and wide open spaces with only couple of semi close neighbors. The serenity of the peaceful quiet atmosphere, Boy you can't beat that !!!!

After the floor is done & summer is gone you can sell that place for a profit,, people don't like buying real estate with something to do,, I know having bought & sold 17 houses🏡

@Rusty have you seen the tiny homes they sell on Amazon ? I don't know if your ZoZo land will allow them but they are more affordable than a double wide.
