Different strokes for different folks. I will never own a home and not the ground underneath it. If developer goes belly up, the homes will be forced to move.
you bounce more than any rabbit I have ever seen, buy then sell it a month later, sell it and decide to stay put then change your mind and buy another rv/camper. strange, are you just bored?
Very nice and clean unit. I think it's perfect for the more social among us that would enjoy the community activities. Close to shopping and lots of safe walks. Very tidy grounds. I hope you get an offer soon.
Hey Rusty. I hope you're having a good day. Thank you for the tour. It's nice to see the progress you made with it. I hope it sells quickly and smoothly for you.
That looks great! The lot rent may be about the cheapest around! I've seen $700, $800 monthly lot rents in communities which are not well maintained and a LOT of older run-down mobile homes. These modern park models look very clean, very nice and very well maintained! Good luck with the sale Rusty!
I’m glad you got this idea of a tiny home on a rented lot out of your system! This is not a negative comment, I’m thinking you are just going down your list of “What would I be happy with”! It shows me, maybe I would not be happy there either!
Is that place for ages over 55 because you didn’t mention that in this video but I thought you said it was when you bought it. Not sure. Good luck on your sale.
Centennial Village Tiny Home 55+ Community "We are a small community of Park Model Homes (Tiny Homes), nestled against the majestic backdrop of the Sacramento mountains, in Alamogordo, NM. We offer a secure all adult gated community with active social events, free laundry, dog park, community garden area, club house, ground maintenance, on site manager and we are within walking distance to public transit the Alamogordo Senior Center and shopping."
That’s inhumane for a builder to build a stationary trailer park like that. Totally inhumane! It would be great for travel trailer parking but not for a permanent set up. It’s totally EVIL!😈
So I heard him right 380 a month plus electric which no way in hell your average person is getting by on 32 dollars a month electric and being comfortable in that place Rusty is definitely not the average normal person no offense intended . I would figure the electric bill would at least triple in the winter months plus you really don't own anything unless you are willing to move it which I would figure could be prohibitive but everyone I guess ROCKS to their own ROLL.
All the buying and selling and fees lost on each sale. If your views are covering those expenses then you are really showing everyone. It ‘s like a soap opera watching this. The “you do you” dribble is so monotonous. Rusty thank you for motivating me to get out and just experience and enjoy life. No more CZcams videos for me…. A complete waste of time.
As for critics in the comments: you aren’t a prospective owner - why make meaningless negative comments? It is a park model and will quickly enough find a new owner. Price is easy for most chattel loans, there are people who this will be a good choice. As for all the different trailers, RVs, homes, and home bases that Rusty has bought and sold - we know that Rusty is a nomad by nature, stays a little while and then moves on.
That is a very good price on the home . I have been looking for one in Texas none under 100,000 an most are thousands over that . I no in this area that price it would sale quickly. Good luck to you and on with the adventure ❤🫶🏻
Russ you change your mind more than most people change their underwear

True but moving a park model is cheap and easy unlike a mobile home
@@williammcneill2753 Finding a location is the concern. Most local governments have restrictions on locations.
That's true but there are advantages to leasing the site
That’s a lot of sardine cans next to each other.

Really just throwing your money away everytime you change your mind.
@@terriecollier9820you don't get it do you? He's making money with every sale. He's brilliant.

We have run the same circles/locations for several years, surprised we never met. I left a note once at your rv in Cloudcroft I believe. CVK

That would look good on the ZOZO property. Thanks Rusty.
This is actually a great idea. It’s a one bedroom too. That’s what Rusty said he wanted. 😁
I think they require a double wide at his ZoZo property.
@@johnb4183no, what they require is 850 SQ ft. And the tiny home isn't anywhere near that.
Nice place, Rusty. Thanks for the tour.
Thanks for watching
Rusty doesn't change his mind he is working the plan, keep turning the profits Rusty.
Hi Rusty. That's a fine looking place. ✌️
It sure is
Awesome place buddy
That’s a great place for someone! Very nice tour and sales pitch Rusty !! 😁👍
Nice home !
I agree. No privacy and the lot rent is too high for me.
Too high???? $380 per month with most utilities?
@@egtravel yes too high
Don’t own property why pay property taxes?
You make house payments plus pay rent that seems crazy 🤪
Nice place.
Love the chair
You do You better than I do me, But I'm catching up 💯
Take washer dryer to your new property and hook up in garage.
Rusty , if you own it can you move it ? Thanks
I like the interior color it's nice
That's definately upscale and very nice. But it doesn't seem like you....yet anyway.
Thumbs up!😎👍
Nice place
You know the saying “ I smell a rat”
Because you just bought the place !?!?!?
Three months of ownership is a little under the average average for Rusty.
Rusty.... Another place for sale? Lol... Love it man. Keep living your best life👍
Sharp place. Priced right. I don’t think you’ll have any trouble finding a buyer.
no privacy. would never work for me
It’s a very nice place to live. My water and power bill alone cost that much.
Cool video talk rusty lol 😆 😄 🤣 😂
The Deal of the Month right there!

Hey, Rusty. Can you check out your sound system? The sound isn't coming in clear to me. Thanks a bunch. ❤

Up until last year my max electric was $27… then they added a $25 delivery charge.
