You really don't know the story of Tekken do you? Kazuya never raped Jun, they are childhood friends and in the story of Tekken 2 after Jun arrested Kazuya, he told her about his hatred to his father Heihachi, Jun even felt pity for him. And after that, Kazuya almost killed Heihachi in the mountains but Jun stops him that's why he didn't continue killing Heihachi, and their relationship to each other get stronger. And when the tournament began (Tekken 2), Kazuya is the one who gets killed by Heihachi in the final tournament, the reason why Jun never mentioned to her son Jin about Kazuya is because first of all, Kazuya had a devil powers and second he had a disturbing backgrounds or history. After all, Kazuya was actually the first who died before Jun, if only G corp didn't revive him in Tekken 4, Jun must have thought that Kazuya was already dead and killed by Heihachi.
