It’s Florida once it’s in a good neighborhood someone will buy it , remember it take 1 buyer to make a decision and over 100 people are on the side watching
I agree, but it is what the market demands right now. You know you can tell a quality home immediately by looking at the windows. If they’re not fully trimmed out, the builder has cut corners. And untrimmed windows look cheap.
It’s crazy. Paying all that for no land and no space.

The tiny lot size on that first one would be enough keep me from even considering it.
It is interesting to look at reviews of houses in other countries. I also do house inspections in Ukraine, but cheap ones.
I love the first house with the built-in patio, but the walkout door in the bathroom is dangerous and scary

Close to shopping
Close to airport and DTorlando
Monthly farmers market movies in the park shingle creek walking trails. 7 parks in the community
Best of all hunter creek is on Disney door step so close only 10 minutes away. Great video

NYPD pizza is the best pizza I have tasted in Florida thus far. I live in Tampa and we have one downtown Tampa. Are you guys from NY? Asking because of the way your lady holds her pizza. We NYers fold our pizza 😂❤
We loved that pizza! It was our first time there. She is not from NY but apparently they fold their pizzas in PR. 🤣

The third house doesn’t scream “I’m a million dollars”. You must be paying for the area. Too bad the bathroom windows are at the front of the house. Don’t forget to close them, otherwise you’ll give your neighbors a peep show!

Hi Kaleb, So house #1. The Driveway has a lot of cracks, looked into the garage, They should have put epoxy in there. I dislike the Primary bathroom, For which they should replaced the shower, With a Tub. I Really loved the kitchen, but still not a bad looking house. Selling price $300,000-$315,000 $384,000 is extremely high. House #2. It's nice, AS you know Kaleb, Not a fan of Pools at all. I do liked the open space, The bathrooms are very nice. But I still believe it's priced to high, Selling $465,000-$499,000. House #3, Extremely well taken care of. Just too much for my blood. Almost $1,000.000. I'm not sure how it works, but If I purchase a home that was foreclosed by the bank because the previous owner(s) couldn't/didn't pay taxes or keep up with mortgage payments, does that mean that as a new buyer I would have to take over their past due payments? Esp the taxes?
I mean I guess I understand if I had to but at the same time it would suck because I had nothing to do with those non payments. So idk unless a buyer has a lot of money, that's gotta kind of suck for any new buyer. Not sure if a property or home is worth it. Esp if it's a lot of back taxes.

Hey Kaleb. 1st Home looks dated but you just stated the years built. Let’s see inside. Ok. Clean but still dated especially the bathroom. Laundry in garage. Primary an ok size. Closet workable. En-suite small & dated. Door to backyard ok. Dining and living room ok. Covered lanai. Actually like the windows & door. Needs a new fence. And maybe a lap pool could fit. I’ve seen and you’ve toured smaller homes with a better layout. Has potential has updated. 2nd home high taxes. Elevation ok. The dining room seems immediate on entry. 1st small bedroom. Bathroom? Gotta rewind. Primary not bad. Nice closet and en-suite. Agreed. Nice kitchen. Laundry area. Odd closet doors. Bathroom ok. Don’t care for the home but the backyard wins. Pool/fenced/outdoor kitchen. Can figure out inside. 3rd home. Hi Mabel. The red door is a no. Easy fix. Love the front elevation. High ceilings. Appreciate the 1/2 bath. Like the paint color and floors. Big primary. 1st closet can be for coats luggage. En-suite ok. Fireplace needs a color change. Nice kitchen. Agreed. Glassed nook is nice with pool views. Like the bathroom in the rear. Large backyard. Covered enclosed pool and yard. Nice laundry. That garage with A/C , bathroom and closets will be used as a bedroom. Big 1-story home. Need a map 😂. Glad the 🍕was a hit. Northerners will buy them. Wait until prices drop on these homes they have overpaid for in a state where wages are low. They will lose money. $385k for a 1600 sq ft home in Florida. Yeah that’s definitely a northerner price
The taxes on the first 2 houses can’t be correct I’m down the block and they’ve gone up from 4 grand since 2017 now I’m upto 9 grand same area same size house 🤨

Thanks for watching! This is a very desirable neighborhood in Central Florida and homes sell very fast. The house still has its privacy and no neighbors in the back. It’s a very good location! 🙂

The second house was really nice but cant understand what a 100 dollar HOA on such an older property has in value.

Start posting videos when the houses are priced at their actual worth. This first house is at most a 190$ house, and that’s being generous. It’s priced double it’s worth. Florida is imploding. Nobody is paying for the over priced houses anymore. That ship has sailed
