Fact: if the world wide statistics were to count hezballah as a part of the lebanese army. Lebanon would be nearly the 11th strongest country in the world!( hezbolla consists of about 110,000 fighters, all armed with unimaginable training, thats why Christian countries are genuinely scared of starting a war with lebanon)
Lebanon has a very large Christian population. The census hasn’t been accurate for a decades but Andy where from 30 percent to as high at 46 percent of Lebanon is Christian with the majority of Lebanese world wide being Christian

This Western concern over the killing of Israelis is nauseating. Weren’t hundreds of Palestinian children killed in Israeli raids on Gaza during the past 15 years? Aren't their lives as important as the lives of the Israelis?

That has always been the plan, not sure if this is the start of it or something that will eventually fizzle out like in the past. Iran and its terrorist groups have long hated Israel and they aren't the only countries who disagree with Israel being its on state of democracy. They do not align with most of the middle east.

Indeed, Israel didn’t leave security to chance and ironically created Hezbolla. In 1982, Israel invaded Lebanon so they could exterminate all Palestinian militants that fled there. Israel was sucessful in ousting the PLO, but they opened a power vacuum that consolidated into Hezbolla.
Israel’s 20 year occupation of southern lebanon only made Hezbolla even more extreme. Very similar to how the US occupation of Iraq created ISIS. Or how the Soviet occupation of Afghanistan created the Taliban. It seems that our violent control over “security” only creates a violent resistance group.

For the record, you might want to do a fact check on yourself. FACTS: Israel withdrew from Gaza in 2005 giving the Palestinians full autonomy. That same year Hamas won the controlling majority from Fatah (branch of the Palestinian Authority) in the government. In 2007, Hamas completely got rid of Fatah through factional fighting and became the governing body for the Palestinians.

Only terror organization is left to fight Israel, which is actually way harder to fight than a regular army. Besides that, remember in 1967 when ALL surrounding countries attacked Israel simultaneously in order to eradicate Israel? In 6 days, Israel defeated Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon, Syria and conquered Gaza from Egypt and the west Bank from Jordan. All states know the power of Israel, so an attack from two countries not bordering Israel is unthinkable.
